- This week, J&J are finding the balance in a few debates, from ideal thermostat temps to awkward callouts. The first email asks if there’s a limit to how much an ex is brought up during a date. Jared and Jordana don’t initially agree and weigh both sides of the conversation. Next, in a segment sponsored by Netflix, they get a “Friends-To-Lovers” story submission that's out to motivate other listeners to make a move. The second advice email is looking for the line between going for what you want and seeing what the person you’re dating is willing to do. There could be truth to “If he wanted to, he would,” but doesn’t that go both ways? The episode ends with a “Red Flag or Deal Breaker” about being overly communicative, being put in an awkward situation pre-date, and disagreeing about the best sex you’ve ever had.

Jared not admitting that his feelings were hurt is the exact reason why he needs therapy
I love Jordana’s therapy session on air in the intro. Love you on over sharing. I’m sure you know that but you are such a good interviewer/podcaster. Always a great flow, great comments, even your intonation 👌🏻 always on point.
"what are you, a bully?!" - you guys crack me up
Jordana kills it this episode. So much fun
Can I prescribe time away from Jared’s parents? The toxicity is getting so wilddd - team Jared
Jordana is 💯
It was the last video, or the one before that- but I was literally thinking Jared looks slimmer and more muscly. I should’ve commented lol. Don’t listen to your parents Jared you look great!!!!!
Thanks for moving with us, Jordana!! 💙
I found Jared's Bridgerton and Scooby Doo/ cartoon voices so entertaining. 😂 But I also didn't mind the listener's advice of being friends first 😄
Jared was sassy! Love it!
Jordana''s "Isolate him" @38:28 got me 😅
OZEMPIC??? You look great!
And It’s funny Jared is so self aware it’s hard to imagine his mom’s comments.
As a fellow Phoenix girly 78 is pretty normal. We are not all BILLIONAIRES!! You adjust and the piece of you that would care dies inside quickly. It's fine.
Truuu I also live in a desert and when you live somewhere very hot the ac runs more often and is often more efficient than the ones in places not built for it
28:30 Jordanna, pls ask Jared, how tf could he imagine himself NOT being annoyed by constantly hearing about his girl's ex? That is quite interesting 🤔
Is there talking too much about the ex? Jared... DUHH :D Noone talks about their exes this much, finding reasons to insert them in any story.
Love the Salt Lake city story :D Next time a guy asks me out I will say "no, please, I would like to be friends first, that is recommended!" :D :D :D
That song is a bop!
I was just thinking that Jared looks like he's lost weight. Momma Freid is tripping!
Parents will be parents. I’m sure they love him, they just want the best for him but don’t show it in a way people can get behind. Jared knows this… it’s not the things his mom says that make him single. She doesn’t realize it’s because he kinda wants to be single. He has commitment issues for fear of slowing the momentum of his success. He could easily find a girl if he focused on dating.. he’s just not focused on it and he knows this which is why I don’t think his mom’s comments affect him all that much.
Poor Jerod!
His beard looking good tho
Family therapy. That would make for lots of new material. For a sitcom.
