Agree! As Ephesians 2:8-10 says, we are saved by grace through faith and it is not of ourselves. It even says it isn’t of our works, otherwise we could boast about it, so this salvation is a gift that we only have to receive by being persuaded it is for us. Good news.

@Alvin Fen Verse 10 says we’re God’s workmanship, so I wouldn’t boast about God’s decision to work through us. Still, I take your point that our cooperation is important in discipleship.

    • @2Chronicles714_

Discipleship is not works it what we are if we have repented of sin, and believe that Jesus is the son of God, Jesus is our Savior and of course our Lord.
      Matthew 10:24-42
The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord. 25It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?
26Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. 27What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops. 28And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. 29Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. 30But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. 31Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.
32Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. 33But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.
34Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. 35For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. 36And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
37He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. 38 👉And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. 39He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.👈
He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me. 41He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward. 42And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only IN THE NAME OF A DISCIPLE, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

      Ephesians 2:8
Paul says Faith is the gift of God.
Repentance is done by an act of faith.
We are saved by grace through repentance which is the consequence of God granted faith.

    • @krisjustin3884
      @krisjustin3884 Před rokem +1

@@AndrewAmoateng-kf8xl It says we are God’s workmanship created beforehand to do good works. Yes, God works through us because we are saved by faith in Christ alone, not to be saved. If it’s to be saved, then the cross wasn’t enough and Ephesians 2:8-9 is completely wrong. It would also mean we can boast and that salvation is of ourselves. Paul couldn’t be contradicting himself like this.

Yes; It's not: "God loves you (if)" ..It's God loves you (now). Never "if".

Free Grace teaches that you can believe and still live live an unchanged life and still think they are saved. Excellent message...I always use the two plus two analogy. That is a relatable way to describe what believing is, being persuaded, as it is described about Abraham in Romans 4. When people tell me something like, "I gave my life to Jesus", "I turned from my sins", I like to ask them, "That's great. Do you believe in Jesus?"....(: You can't pray it or say it, but you must only believe in Jesus, apart from works, not even the hard work of committing your life to Jesus for salvation. Please keep up the great videos.

You are correct, but this persuasion that occurs is by hearing and reading the scriptures and faith come up by hearing and reading the word of God, so your faith will never come if you don’t hear or read it once you hear it and read it. God gave every man that comes into the world Measure of faith, so it is a gift that God has given us when we come into the world when we’re born the ability to believe truth and that is why we you and me can believe the truth of God and by reading we are then persuaded that it is true and that’s how you became a believer. It was given to you by God, you utilized the measure of faith God gave you to believe the truth. Some people harden, their hearts, and they don’t believe the truth, but they excuse because they themselves have the ability to believe the truth, but why are they going to hell because they hardened their hearts from the truth.

Believe in Jesus requires faith and faith needs filling with the mind of Christ the love of God hence God says believe in Jesus and Jesus says believe in the Father. If you don't have the love of the Father in you by doing the 7steps of faith by repentance then you do not have Jesus in you revealing the love of God or the mind of Christ and your belief is empty of faith's knowledge. Knowledge of God's Righteousness and the knowledge of God's Love and if neither is in you then your belief is fake. Belief is only valid if Jesus is in you with the Father in you. Hence believe...in Jesus or believe...in the Father is not possible without the 7steps of faith that you need repentance to find and establish 'in you.'

As this CZcamsr points out, it's not what you believe that counts, it's what you believe ABOUT what you believe that counts. As it is written, "The devils also believe, and tremble."
Believing that Jesus was a guy in the Middle East is wonderful, but it has nothing to do with anything. It's like believing (as the CZcamsr said) that George Washington is the father of our country. It's as useful as believing that the sun rises in the east and sets in the west.
What do you believe? Do you believe that Jesus died for your sins, was buried and was raised again on the third day? Now you're getting to where the rubber meets the road. But it's just still information, right?
"Abraham believed God and it was counted to him for righteousness."
Abraham didn't just believe IN God, he believed what God promised him. We're righteous when we believe the promises of God. That's what faith means and has always meant.
The Jews believed that the sacrifices they offered for their sins were effective because they believed in the promise of God laid down in the Torah (the Law of Moses). If they trivialized those sacrifices or just did them because they were "supposta" then their sacrifices were in vain. Our service to God must be in faith (as pointed out in Hebrews 11, in the Cain and Abel illustration) or else we worship God in vain.
Belief in what God promises is more than a mere mental exercise (although it is indeed a mental exercise). The Apostle Paul told us what is happening to us when we were baptized. Most Evangelical religions trivialize baptism as a mere show of our faith that we put on for our friends and family. But does the word of God ever give "show of faith as a reason to be baptized? No.
It's not about what you believe that counts; it's about what you believe ABOUT what you believe that counts.

But the difference between that kind of belief and the one God accepts is that demons don't obey and don't have good works. The kind of belief that God accepts is the kind that has works. Paul said in Galatians 5.6 that the only thing that matters was faith working by love. Faith or belief expresses itself with action/works!

The the saving message is only offered to humans. The faith or lack of faith of demons has nothing to do when the eternal destiny of humans.
Salvation is a free gift apart from works, obedience, behavior, etc. It’s based solely on believing God’s promise of everlasting life.
Eternal rewards are based on our works, obedience, behavior, discipleship, etc. They are not free, and can require great cost.

Well, he made a couple mistakes I believe because believing there’s only one reason to believe in Jesus is because Adam and Eve lost something in the garden of Eden they lost their life. They were going in one point in time they would die and then receive punishment so God sent a savior of the Lord Jesus Christ, and there is a message that Paul preached that’s the message. We believe that God died that Jesus died and that he was buried and that he rose again the third day according to Scriptures That he paid for our sins with his body so his blood cleanses us from all sin when we believe so that right there is what we’re actually supposed to believe and the other part that you messed up on is not dying spiritually but that’s not what it is talking about. It is talking about not dying the second death sohe who is alive and believes shall never die shall never experience experience the second death so that’s what that means and I hope you’ve learned something from me my brother in Christ

    In the original Greek that the new testament was written in John 3:16 reads;
" For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son so that everyone believing " into " him should not perish but have everlasting life".
The Greek word eis ( into) means that there is a process between believing and being in Christ.
Salvation is about being born again and just as physical birth is the end result of a process, so is spiritual rebirth.
For example, in Acts ch.19 upon encountering the disciples and determining that something was missing in their salvation experience Paul asked them," Have you recieved the Holy Spirit since you believed "?
If all or anyone recieved the Holy Spirit simply by believing Pauls' question wouldn't have made any sense.
Upon finding out then that the disciples hadn't even heard that there was a Holy Spirit Paul asks them, " How then were you baptized"? Most protestant believers would say to Pauls' question, What difference does that make ?
When they told Paul that they were baptized by John ,Paul said that John John truly baptized with the baptism of repentance ,saying unto the people that they should believe on the one to come after him, Jesus Christ".
The words says ," When they heard this they were baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. No confession that they believed and no asking Jesus into their hearts,, they believed by what they did when they went down in the water to be baptized by Paul. After Paul layed hands on them the recieved the Holy Spirit and spoke in tongues.
There is no salvation until the believer recieves the Holy Spirit. The disciples though they believed didn't recieved the Holy Spirit until after they had been water baptized.

We shouldn't have to know Greek to be saved, but I have found that to know just basic words pertaining to salvation makes the meanings behind scriptures clearer. All I made use of was the Strongs Exhaustive Concordance Of The New Testament. The Word does say that we are to" study ourselves to be approved workmen that need not be ashamed" ( 2Tim.2:15).
I found like that the Greek word for " recieve" means to " take hold of". It just doesn't mean that something is offered to us and we have it, but that we must take steps of obedience for It to be ours.
As far as the thief on the cross. He was under the old covenant to where water baptism wasn't necessary in order to be saved. Plus, look who he was talking to.

@Jewels' Genius For Jesus: Pinky Toe Body Of Christ Thanks for your comments.
According to the words of the noted protestant author Tozier concerning protestantism, " In our zeal to escape the saved by works of the catholics we have committed the opposite error of faith without obedience".
And the Christian martyr Dietrich Bonhoeffer, " Only he who believes obeys and only he who obeys believes".
When we first hear the Word ,and recieve its " seed" into our hearts, we believe. Not because we chose to but because the Word itself revealed to our hearts that it is true.
" Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God"( Rom.10:17)
Now we must make a decision. Do we remain in our sinful disobedient state or do we turn to God willing to obey Him? This, of course ,is repentance.
Repentance is not something we automatically do because we now believe, it's an act of obedience, after we believe that we choose to either do or not do.
Just because we believe doesn't mean that we have no choice of whether to turn to God or not.
Mentally deciding to repent isn't enough though. Just as we demonstrated our unwillingness to obey God we now must now demonstate our willingness to obey Him by being water baptized.
Imagine how John would have reacted while he stood in the Jordan rivers if those on its' banks verbally repenting wouldn't get water baptized ? He said at one point," Bring forth fruit meet for repentance"( Matt.3:8).
The Word " meet" means that which accompanies. He would have concluded that their repentance wasn't genuine because they wouldn't complete it by being baptized.
God has always required a demonstration of your faith by an act of obedience to confirm that it's authentic.
Remember Jesus and the man that came to him having been born blind. He said Lord please help me.
Jesus spit on the ground, combined it with dirt and rubbed it on his eyelids and then told him to go wash in the pool of Saloam. The blind man obeyed Jesus and came away seeing.( John 9:7).
Acts 2:38 is the plan of salvation. Just as is necessary to put what we now have come to believe through the Word in order to be saved, salvation is about being " born again" as just as physical birth is the end result of a process so is spiritual rebirth.

@alvinfen4511 .. listen brother, I believe in the "eternal security" of the believer, which means that whosoever believes on the Lord Jesus Christ will never be separated from God for all of eternity which means throughout the ages of the ages.
Please NOTE that I have copied and pasted a short excerpt on John 3:16 and 1 Tim 6 written by Lyn Mize of First Fruits Ministry. Please read it carefully and meditate on what he has to say. God bless!
(John 3:16 KJV) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
It is very important in this verse to understand that the transliterated Greek word for the word “world” in this verse is kosmos and the meaning of this word in the context is the one shown below in Thayer’s Greek Lexicon as 8. b).
The word kosmos must get its meaning from the context, and in this context, the word is defined as “whosoever believeth in him”. Thus, the word kosmos in this verse and verse 17 is a reference to the Church, for the Church is a collection or group of people with one thing in common.
They have believed in the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Cross. Thus, they are the elect of God and have been saved spiritually. Since God loves them, and since they have believed in the atonement, God desires that none of them perish at the Judgment Seat of Christ.
Instead, He desires that they be sanctified in this life by dying to self, crucifying the self, killing the old man and putting on the new man, so they can realize soul salvation at the Judgment Seat of Christ and lay hold on to eternal life.
      2889 kosmos-
      1) an apt and harmonious arrangement or constitution, order, government
      2) ornament, decoration, adornment, that is, the arrangement of the stars, `the heavenly hosts', as the ornament of the heavens. 1 Pet. 3:3
      3) the world, the universe
      4) the circle of the earth, the earth
      5) the inhabitants of the earth, men, the human race
      6) the ungodly multitude; the whole mass of men alienated from God, and therefore hostile to the cause of Christ
      7) world affairs, the aggregate of things earthly, the whole circle of earthly goods, endowments riches, advantages, pleasures, etc., which although hollow and frail and fleeting, stir desire, seduce from God and are obstacles to the cause of Christ
      8) any aggregate or general collection of particulars of any sort
      a) the Gentiles as contrasted to the Jews (Rom. 11:12 etc)
      b) used of believers only, John 1:29; 3:16; 3:17; 6:33; 12:47 1 Cor. 4:9; 2 Cor. 5:19.
God loves the Church and gave his only begotten son to these believers in order that they SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE.
The Greek word for perish is NEVER USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SPIRIT IN THE BIBLE.
The believer’s spirit is alive forevermore, so it is ludicrous to say that it can perish, die or be destroyed. Neither can the unbeliever’s spirit perish or die, since it is already dead.
Thus, the word for perish and the words for everlasting life (i.e., eternal life) refer to the soul of the believer, and not the spirit of the believer-nor the spirit of the unbeliever.
How does the Only Begotten Son of God save our souls, as well as our spirits? Our spirits are saved by believing in the death of Christ. Our souls are saved by dying to self and appropriating the life of Christ.
The Christian’s spirit is saved by faith in the death of Christ, but the soul is saved by faith in the life of Christ.
      (1 Tim 6:11-19 KJV)
This whole passage in Timothy is about doing good works, so that the Christian MAY LAY HOLD ON ETERNAL LIFE.
Eternal life is definitely a gift from God, but in this instance it is a conditional gift from God. The Christian must do something to receive it. Realizing soul salvation and realizing eternal life are one and the same.
Both can only be laid hold on by crucifying self and appropriating the life of Christ.
Our spirits are saved unconditionally by the death of Christ, but our souls are saved upon the condition that we die to self and allow Christ to live his life in us. Simply stated, our spirits are saved by the death of Christ, but our souls are saved by the life of Christ.

A saving faith in Jesus requires us to acknowledge all that He said is true and without error. Remember. even the demons believe and know that Jesus is the Messiah. Yet they desire not to repent and follow the ways of Christ. Repentance is not their desire and therefore hell awaits. Repentance is not a work. Repentance is a change of mind, a change of heart, that no longer desires to follow my sinful ways but to follow the ways and teachings of Jesus. Jesus is "the way, the truth, and the life". (John 14:6) "No one comes to the Father but through Him." And He says you must repent or you will die. (Luke 13:3-5) Meaning a separation from God for all eternity when our bodies cease to function. Confess your sin with Godly sorrow. SALVATION 101...I hate Religion, but I LOVE JESUS!...What part of BELIEVE can't you BELIEVE?
I'm tired of all the Religious BS that divides the church and the world!
God told Moses that Whoever will LOOK at the Snake will LIVE. What Saved them is "they Obeyed and "Did God's Will" and Accepted His Contractual Offer they would Live, by "LOOKING at the SNAKE." The SAME contractual terms apply to Salvation in the Gospel Below.
God did Not say to, Gaze at and have Faith in the Snake...God said to "LOOK at the Snake!"
and Jesus did Not say to, have Faith in HIM...Jesus said to "BELIEVE in HIM!"
They did NOTHING More but LOOK, and like the thief on the cross, we must do NOTHING More but BELIEVE.
We Don't BELIEVE with our Hearts...We BELIEVE with our BRAINS!
We are not Faithers, we are BELIEVERS.
We must first Believe in God and Jesus, before we can have Faith in Them!
You can Believe in Something/ someone and not have Faith in it, but you cannot have Faith in something without believing in it.
We must first Believe a bridge is safe to walk on, before we can walk in Faith and cross it.
Believing in Jesus Christ as your Savior, is the onetime Event of Justification.
Faith is the continual Process of Believing where we are sanctified as evidenced by our obedience
    and Good Works.
I don't care if Paul or the Pope said it, because our SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST DID NOT!
God's Name is not Grace and Jesus' Name is Not Faith...and We are not "Saved by Grace through Faith"...
❤We are "Saved by a Gracious GOD, by Doing His Will, and BELIEVING in His Faithful SON!
❤They were SAVED by GOD, by "Doing His WILL, and LOOKING at the SNAKE."
❤We are SAVED by GOD, by "Doing His WILL, and "BELIEVING In His SON."
❤Our SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST, told us How we are SAVED in Matt 7:21, John 6:40, John 3:16.
❤Matthew 7:21 Not everyone who says to me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, But the one who Does the
WILL of My FATHER, who is in heaven.
❤John 6:40 MY FATHER’S WILL is that everyone who looks to the Son and BELIEVES in HIM shall have eternal life.
❤John 3:16: For GOD so Loved the World that HE Gave (Sacrificed to Die) HIS only SON so that Whoever
BELIEVES in HIM, shall not perish, but have ever lasting Life.
1 John 5:15 These things have I written unto you that BELIEVE on the Name of the Son of God; that you may Know that you have eternal life, and that you may Believe on the Name of the Son of God.
John 3:15 “That whosoever BELIEVES in HIM should not perish, but have eternal life.”
John 3:18 “He that BELIEVES on HIM is not Condemned: But he that does Not *BELIEVE is
Already Condemned, because he did not *BELIEVE in the Name of the only SON Of GOD.”
John 3:36 “He that BELIEVES on the SON hath everlasting life: and he that *BELIEVES not the SON shall not see life; but the Wrath of GOD abides on him.”
John 5 24 Verily verily I say unto you, he that hears my word and BELIEVES on HIM that sent me hath everlasting life.

Putting your faith in Jesus Christ who is the son of God, both fully man and fully God in one person who went to the Cross to pay not only for the sins of the whole world but for your sins personally is the greatest news of all. Eternal life is a result of that faith. You may not completely understand all of the doctrines related to what happened to you at the moment of faith there just a result of God’s grace.

@Alvin Fen We must believe "into" Jesus....not "in" Jesus.
The Greek word EIS has two different meanings. #1. Eis can mean "in,",or #2 Eis can mean "into."
The Recovery bible version corrects these. John 3 16 is..."whosoever believeth"INTO" Him should not perish..." Why did the early translators use "in" instead of "into" in many bible verses? Maybe because they weren't Born Again?
Here's an example, one person believes "in" the ocean and observes it from the shoreline, while another believed "into" the ocean and became immersed with it. See the difference. Believing "in" Jesus is being on the right track but that doesn't give you LIFE. We need to believe "INTO" the Living Christ for life because Jesus is the bread of LIFE.
Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them. John 6 56

      FACTS ABOUT THE APOSTLE PAUL:
      - Paul wrote more books of the bible than any other writer
      - Paul wrote more words in the NT than any other writer except Luke. But 25% of Luke’s Writings (half of Acts) were about Paul.
      - Paul talks about Jesus Christ more than any other writer.
      - Paul talks about grace more than all the other bible authors put together.
      - To belittle Paul and his writings is to belittle “The Word” Jesus Christ.
      - Paul was the only person ever sent by Jesus Christ to go to Gentiles
      - Paul was the last person to see and speak to Christ I Cor 15:8, II Cor 12:1
      - Paul was the one who completed the word of God. Col 1:25
      - Paul is the first one in the body of Christ - the mystery hid in God. 1Tim 1:16
      - It is Paul alone that said we are saved by the “faith of Christ”
      - It is Paul alone who said we are not under the law Rom 6:14
      - It is Paul alone who speaks of Jews and Gentiles as one Gal 3:28
      - It is Paul alone who speaks of the “body of Christ”
      - Paul said: 2 Tim 2:7 Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things.
      - Paul’s writings are the only place we find the gospel message that can save a person today.
      - Paul is the only writer to talk this way: Rom 16:25, I Tim 1:16, I Cor 3:10, I Cor 11:1, Gal 6:14
      - To ignore Paul is to ignore Jesus Christ
If you take Paul’s writings out of the bible: You will be under the law and not under grace, you will be under God’s wrath for not keeping the law and not have the peace of God. Rom 6:14, Rom 5:1
We need to rightly divide God's word to get a good understanding of terms and their interpretation just as God commanded in 2Tim 2:15.

Just to be clear nobody can be saved simply by Believing Jesus existed or that he was a historical religious figure or that he had some supernatural powers. Saving belief is believing him at his word that he is the promised messiah that his sinless perfection death burial resurrection his shed blood is what is his power/ promise to save all who belie in him for it. Just wanna be super duper clear. Only one way that is through him Jesus the son and not of our law keeping our good fruits our anything we could do or abstain from. What is Repentance?
    What is Faith?
Jesus said in Luke 24:46-47 He told them, “This is what is written: The Messiah will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, 47and repentance for the forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
What does the Bible say about repentance?
It means a recognition of my sin which involves Godly sorrow and a commitment in my part to change the direction of my life. Repentance is not an emotion. Its more than being grieved or feeling sorry about my sin and even having remorse.
It is making a genuine 180° change of heart recognizing that sin(s) is against God.
God wants there to be a genuine change of life because living in sin is disobedience and rebellion against God and the end result will be destruction of the soul in hell. There must be a change in conduct and how you live.
First John the Baptist came preach ing repentance then Jesus's first command was to Repent. Paul said that all men everywhere must repent.
Jesus said I have not come to call the righteous but SINNERS TO REPENTANCE. Why didn't He say for salvation or for faith?
Because they used those terms interchangeably. Jesus is calling for a change of life salvation for the forgiveness of sins.
What about the scriptures that say we are saved by faith? John's gospel doesn't mention repentance why? Because they understood faith and repentance go hand in hand. If you have genuine faith you will have genuine repentance.
Paul said to the philippian jailer believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. Nothing about repentance Go to Acts 17:30 In the past God overlooked such ignorance but now commandeth all men every where to repent.
Nothing about believing in this one. Go to Acts 20 :21 I have declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus.
Repent and believe. Then in Acts 26:20 (b) I preached that they should repent and turn to God and demonstrate their
    repentance by their deeds.
Paul is saying repent and show your repentance by your works.
Faith and repentance go hand in hand.
What is Jesus saving us from? Matthew 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. Salvation is salvation from sin that why Jesus's first command was Repent You can't truly believe without repentance and you can't repent without believing.
Let's say a man is an adulterer a serial rapist who steals from his job to support his drug habit, He says Jesus I don't want to go to hell so forgive me so I won't go to hell and bless me and continues to live the same way. That's not salvation. It's not about stopping your sins first it's making the decision of your will to make a 180° turn around in your life with Jesus's help.It must be a salvation from sin it's forgiveness of sin, being saved from sin.Where we fall short we are continually cleansed and washed in the blood of Jesus.

Look at your long explanation. Why do you insist on making the free gift of eternal life so hard? If you "fall short" on your commitment, then it wasn't a commitment in the first place. "Falling short" at any point wouldn't be 180 degree turn around.
What you are really trying to say is that we just have to get better everyday which is the same as saying your goods must outweigh your bads. What if I use to rob 3 banks a week now I'm only robbing 1 bank a week. Is that good enough to know I'm saved?
Your assurance is subjective. My guess is you feel you haven't fallen "too short" to think you are saved. You think you've been "good enough."

There are many more especially from Jesus that say we must repent.
We are saved by grace through repentance which is the consequence of faith.
Yes a 180° turn is required, that's a decision of the heart and mind (will) that's not saying sinless perfection, but there must be a change of lifestyle
      2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

@@2Chronicles714_ If it's not "sinless perfection" in your repentance, then it's subjective. What you believe is a subjective mess. You showed nothing with scripture... you only tried to show what you think scripture means. You are wrong. If "All things become new" according to your faulty view of scripture, then you wouldn't ever sin again. There wouldn't be part of you that wouldn't be "New". So, is the sin that you STILL do when you "fall short" of sinless perfection part of the "ALL that is new" as well? Or, does ALL not really mean ALL? Again, it's a subjective mess. Remember... Jesus died for sins people don't repent of as well, because unrepentant sins can be forgiven. Otherwise, He would have died for unrepentant sins in vain. Repent in regard to eternal life simply means to "Turn" to Jesus for it from anything that is keeping you from believing like your faulty theology. Blessings.
