This thing sounds beastly! What exhaust manifold, and intake manifold were you running? I'm thinking about 5th/6th port for aux fueling, but am worried about flow characteristics of the stock intake manifold. I know cylinders 2/3 tend to see more air.

Is your motor built? I've heard of people blowing their Speeds' engines with turbos bigger than 2867 after only about 20k miles... I myself am probably going to go GTX2867 or BNR Stage 3 just to be safe, since my block is still stock.
Been running a pte 5858 (gtx3076r equivalent) for 30k miles making 402whp @ 417wtq on the stock bottom end at 24psi. Im at 76k miles now with no problems. Its all about tye tune mate, and proper fueling, 100% snow stage 2 meth kit & 93. Most important is to never go into boost below around 4k rpms.
Rolling start is more useful to get all the advantage of increased power from the turbo. The first three gears are too short and require too much driver input. Rolling start from 50mph to triple digits is best suited.
I think you would be the first to do that on an MZR. Our only choice right now is high pressure fuel pump internals. You can probably see close to 600whp. If you check out msf.org, there are a few guys around the 550whp mark. I'm in the process of an E85 tune, maybe next year getting a BNR S3. that should put me around 400whp/wtq. The most you will see out of the K04 is about 330whp and it dies around 5500rpm. The good thing with the BNR, you will see power up until redline.
damnn i had dizzy tuning do mine but with fullbolt ons and k04 on e85. that sucks fueling for these cars isnt the best. your maxing out the fuel pump internals im guessing lol
Love all the haters in here lol, trans/LSD is fine. Stock ECU tuned with a Cobb AP. about to return from deployment, 50 shot of n2o and 35psi to come. Hoping to run mid to low 11's at 5500ft ASL. Got a good slick set up waiting, will most likely break something though.

1st and 2nd = no traction and im on NT-01's. Im pretty sure if I lowered them down to 20-25 psi I could hit traction on the top of 2nd at like 40mph. It spins but still scoots, def scoots when it catches traction.

I'm on stage 2 stock block fully bolted only need intercooler but I'm getting my turbo kit next year tax season 2400 worth every penny then big block

My dad has a 2010 MS3 with racing intake and blow off and there definitely worth putting 500
Speed 3 = $23k base even, the $26k is the upgraded tech package. The bang for your buck can't be beat with the Speed 3.
