Many of us have bags of Mardi Gras beads stashed away taking up space ins closet. This video shows how I was able to upcycle my beads into a pretty wreath.
Beautiful! I just finished making one myself. Two suggestions, Styrofoam does not like hot glue(ask me how I know :) ). I wrapped my Styrofoam with ribbon first. Styrofoam doesn't like spray paint either. Secondly you can wrap your 3 strands at the same time to get done quicker. You don't have to glue that much. I figured that out the hard way as well! Great job!

You could spray paint the wreath purple or green first! Or put a second layer of beads.
