I live in the Washington, D.C. area, but I am from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. So, I am celebrating Mardi Gras too. It calls me this time of the year. So, I am watching this amazing video to make my own Mardi Gras wreath. Now, my neighbors want one too. LOL Thank you for the video. I ordered a mask to add to the wreath, but the mask is TOO BEAUTIFUL for an outdoor wreath. LOL It will be indoors.
