Stealth bow IS the only way to go :( I wanted to try playing stealth but with the dagger perk instead... or maybe a magical wizardy guy... or maybe just someone who hits stuff with a big hammer... but nope, every playthrough always ends up with me maxing out Smithing/Enchanting/Alchemy and then sniping people with an overpowered bow and a load of armour that gives +45% archery skill.
I wanted to try specifically using the dagger assassination, but without very high sneak, I'm finding it almost impossible to get very close to even a single target without them noticing me. When I'm picking them off from range, Skyrim's stealth system feels easy, but if I try to close the gap, they notice me as soon as I'm about ten feet away, even if it's just one NPC and their back is turned towards me. I've not even attempted it in rooms with multiple enemies, especially since once one of them goes down, surely that'll alert everyone else?
I'll try using some illusion spells too to compliment the sneaking, and maybe find that word of power that lets you throw your voice.
I can't speak for any mods, but in vanilla dual wielding is OP as shit. It made legendary difficulty a cake walk.
Careful, caves contain bandits or other sorts of monsters. Tread carefully.

No, this was just an orc hunter's camp. They are automatically hostile.
I believe the Orc hunters are hostile but the Orcs in the strongholds are pretty 10/10

Me trying to play this game stopped when I met a guy in some prison and he asked me to take his ring coz it's cursed or something, without any warning it said "you pulled on the cursed ring" and then it was stuck in my inventory. didnt have any close saves.

ThunderLimes ster is playing it not sydo. Also 2.5 damage, kill essential npcs, start anywhere you want, sneak is harder, and slit throat. That's all i know

I found the ending to be ... allright. The bad visual effects where helping it, imo. The clip itself just wasn't inherently funny enough for my liking. The fact that it was an old lady and I was missing context as to why she tripped made it less funny. Playing the Skyrim sounds over the clip might have improved the effect but I realy can't tell.
