The other day, my evolving self said to my old 3D self, " You've wasted a lot of time being mad." I said, "You are so right! I can change that." Awareness leads to healing. I'm freeing up that room in my mind where the anger rut lived rent free. I use the picture window in that room of my mind to look outward to the Future. My next art project, my next bike ride, my next cup of coffee.....it's a totally different feeling.

I was reflecting on the year and setting intentions for 2024 and literally was feeling all of this. I opened youtube to your video. I have followed you for years... but everything in this video was spot on to what my heart was feeling. You are an amazing confirmation and a gift. Thank you for being an angel messenger. Happy New Year! Sending you healing love and energy for your feet. This ironically was very familiar to me. My partner has had this neuropathy pain for all of 2023. A few weeks ago, he was finally able to walk without a cane and wheelchair. It was our biggest challenge of 2023. We have found so much gratitude for everything. It was so humbling for our family. We are in the early 40s.... his pain is now a lot less. We are so beyond grateful.
The power of mindset is very powerful. Thats why the placebo effect is undeniable. To take charge and say mabe. Open the door to a possibilty helps tremendously.

I saw these things and felt these feelings since I was a teenanger and was there when the love and peace movement was starting to get some recognition back in the 1960’s. I’m very proud of the collective consciousness who have been plugging away, against all odds, for over a half a century now, trying to wake up and help others do the same. We are all sisters and brothers and what happens to any of us, happens to all of us and affects everything. Love is the only answer. By being very present to a friends words yesterday in what seemed to be like a normal phone conversation of our general day to day things we're doing, I was blown away by something profound she said. I said to her it's like you just channeled because the words were so wise and it was in response to a thought I'd been having but hadn't shared with anyone. I'm wondering if going forward this is the type of thing that will be happening to many of us if we just stay in the moment and be present with the people we're with and listen.

What I love about Sonia is that she really breaks down everything so that I can understand myself better. Had so many aha moments from her teachings. What sticks to me so much is her description of how we manifest. She chose an example of having an coffee. It starts with an desire , than a thought, and voila next thing is you‘ve manifested an coffee. So simple but so eyeopening to me. Then I realized how many things I‘ve already manifested.
