“Bullet delivery device” I will used this now!
I like SDD(security delivery device)
I like fully semi-auto assault murder attack weapon
Yup, sounds like a good idea for a laser etching 👍
wireless hole puncher
I call it a portable hole punching device. :)
We own eight Smith and Wesson Performance Center weapons. Can't go wrong with S&W. 100% Made in America 🇺🇸
Not America, Massachusetts, lol, we make the best firearms and can not own most of them.
@@davidfournier999 Connecticut 😪
Awesome god blesss America
Hey S&W put a flat trigger in the M&P's like the Shield Plus and 3 mags for these competition style guns!
Everyone keeps APEXing them. You get more parts that way to make the weights whatever you want.
The shield plus style really should be standard across their lineup, it really is a great trigger.
I love the M&P series. Everything from the old wheel guns to the new stuff. I have worn the coating off in certain spots. Thousands of rounds of 40 and ZERO malfunctions. It's the only pistol I can say that about I own.
I got my first M&P about 10 years ago, didn't take long to start building that M&P line up and replacing glocks. The first full size 9mm that I got has had a few thousand rounds ran through it and it just runs. Never changed a part on any of my M&P's except sights. My latest M&P purchase was the 5" FDE 9mm, what a dream to shoot! The 45 ACP is a very smooth pistol also.
man, this has to be the most informative, enjoyable🔫 channel. thank you 👍🏻
Love my Performance center 2.0. This is the first video I have seen on the PC. Thank you
One of the best handguns on the market. I have a first gen 4.25 inch barrel version that I've put in access of 8000+ rounds through of all types of different 9mm ammo from expensive self defense to the cheapest ball ammo I could find. Never, Not once have I had any type of malfunction. That may be hard to believe and I understand but you couldn't ask for a better built or more reliable handgun. If you in the market for a handgun do youslef a favor and get one.
I bought the M&P 9 Shield Plus PC 4” barrel and it is just perfect. In love with it.
Fender, Geissele and S & W ❤. I’ve had this model for a year and always have a great time at the range with it!
I love my M&p 2.0 5in, they are so so accurate and with the trigger upgrade it is even better.
What trigger upgrade, the apex or this performance center one?
@@biunzRS I was thinking he meant from the M&P 1.0 to the 2.0 trigger
Have most always loved a Smith. A couple of exceptions over the years. My son had a 1rst generation and it was great.
Just ordered one of these this week! I have a Gen 1 and love it, but I couldn’t resist!
love mine, Also the shield plus with the crimson trace is awesome too
Oh my goodness I'm glad I waited for the 2.0! I can't wait to put some down the range
It was cool to see the porting work.
Awesome video. Need more performance center stuff
I won my mp 2.0 from a Jerry miculek contest. I love it great pistol!
My M&P9L PC 1.0 came factory with an overtravel stop. Great pairing with the Apex FSS and trigger.
I’ve wondered about inertia loading. I’ve noticed some people really don’t like it and some people love that if you give the mag a good slap as you’re loading you don’t need to hit the slide release or slingshot the slide
Nice that you are having fun with the bullet delivery device :)
Another video to make me desire more “bullet delivery devices”.
I get Eric's exact same exciting reaction anytime i bring out any of my 45s
The more I see these the more I like them
1:03 anyone else notice when he hit the steel target, the ricochet hit one of the hanging soda bottle? So cool!
The slide closing when the mag is slammed home is a FEATURE imo
It's a flaw in most people's opinion. Chambering a cartridge and making itself ready to fire when the operator doesn't intend to do so yet? Yeah, that's a major flaw.
@@mannys9130 wrong.
That tab makes me press down on both slide locks. My only gripe is if you didn't have the PC slide locks, you are sling shotting it.
I prefer it dropping when you slam the mag too. It won't do that unless you really slam it in there. And I get it, you shouldn't rely on slamming the mag to drop the slide when training for a fight, but it was nice when shooting uspsa type games.
@@Hoodlum3621 YuP
Just loading my 1.0 for the day and the slide rams home when I put the mag in. Yes I give it a good tap to make sure the mag is seated. I've seen the 2.0 around and I want one. Seems like they have greatly improved on the design and can't wait to get my hands on it.
Great video Beautiful pistol. I am a hug Smith and Wesson fan. Great shooting.
Watched this a month ago then recently I picked up this gun for my birthday! I love it.
I have the Gen 1 as well. But I love the stipple on the 2.0’s
I own my first M&P 2.0 10mm with a 4.625 inch barrel and put a 508T solar panel backup red dot on it. Mounted with a C&H Precision aluminum plate and stainless steel screws. And an Apex aluminum flat trigger adapted from the model for Apex flat aluminum trigger for M&P 2.0 9mm, 45 ACP and 40 S&W.
Love the pistol, love the happiness you bring to shooting, feels like I'm there watching along side you. Keep them coming👍👍love it all.
Love my 1.0. It is a tack driver. Never shot a 2.0, but have been looking at getting one
Was the first firearm I purchased. It came with a less expensive Crimson trace 1500 red dot . Its a trouble free firearm and after a a thousand rounds has performed very well. Accurate with the iron sights as well.
I just purchased the same one. Were you able to get the red dot high enough? Maybe I mounted it poorly or I'm just not familiar with pistol optics but I could not get the optic to be high enough(mounting seems flush). It was still about 3 inches low from 10 yards (perhaps I'm trying to sight in at the wrong distance?) Possibly
Excelente video 😀.
Get some! ... yea , man!
I just ordered the shield plus performance center 3.1 barrel
Thats a Bad ass weapon ! the operator is pretty damn good too!
Just got my m&p 2.0 5" in fde today 😊
I have all of the M&P in both 9 and 40. From the shield to the pro 5 inch and if they come out with a 3.0 I'll get those as well.
I've got the PC 4.25 and love it! (Wouldn't mind having a 5 to go with it!)
Great review
I gotta say im really impressed with my 2.0 MP.
I liked that feature, it made reloading fast. I mean when you put a mag in, you want the slide closed.
I just grabbed (yesterday) one 4.25 inch as a birthday gift for my friend.
I’ve owned 6 smith and Wesson , some I sold and some I kept but for out of the box ready. Hands down better than a Glock and keep in my I own Glock 17 gen 5 . This 5in core M&p is next on my list
Bought one of these last year, awesome pistols. I have the 1.0 as well. I found trigger feel is better if you put a gen 1 slide on a 2.0 frame. This does require using the slide release, sling shot charging wont work with the different notch cuts on the slide.
Nice package. I wish they would run this optic package on the shorter shield.
Stop looking at his crotch and keep your eyes on the pistol.. mkay
Do you mean Model 13253? 4" ported barrel. M&P SHIELD PLUS (13+1)...or something even shorter, or else? The main reason I went with the 13144, M&P 2.0 - 4" (15+1rd) instead of that, is the front rail on mine. I wanted the shorter 3.6, but wonder if they can't make it work to have the shorter still function with the slide & cut for O.R.
I also wish they offered the optics package on the short slide shield as well. The original shield size was great and I don't really want the longer slide for concealed carry. But I would love an optics cut from the factory to not void the warranty.
I like how the smoke goes in a V pattern on the barrel
I'm in interested in purchasing my first handgun and I'm strongly leaning towards this one! Great review. You've got me excited lol
I'll probably be BUYING a couple more MP-2s.
That ricochet into the sodas was crazy
5 1/2 inch barrel? You mean 5 inch
I have one and love it
i replaced that oversized slide stop/slide release with standard 2.0 and it fixed my only complaint with that gun which was that part digging into my hand while i shoot
Yes sir!
I actually do daily this exact pistol. With a Holosun 507C and tlr1-hl. With size 2xl bordering on 3xl hands I’ve completely abandoned anything but full size guns.
Is this a yet to be released model? I can't find any longer-barrel variants at all on the Smith website. This one is absent as well is the 5 inch barrel fde version. All those marked "full size" still only have 4.25 inch barrels.
That 2 liter in the background reminds me of that scene in one of the Austin Powers movies. Lol. Awesome pistol. Thanks for the vid.
Could please tell me the distance at which you are shooting those steel targets. Could you also give me some advise on the distance to safely shoot steel- Thanks
love my M&P 2.0
Ahhhmaazing!!!
Good stuff.
The best mix of camo, a M90 jacket with a M/59 cap hehe
I would daily carry one of those in a heartbeat.
I absolutely love my M&P 45 and my 2.0 9mm, I bought my 1.0 the month they came out
I actually still prefer the gen 1 guns BECAUSE they send the slide home when inserting the mag up and forward. I see it as a feature, not a hindrance.
Had one, too. Even a S&W Bodyguard that does the same thing. Sometimes, the slide slams too early when loading the mag and didn’t pick up the round, pull trigger and goes click. I have to check the slide porthole every time it slams in just to be sure it loaded a round.
@@SpyderWebbX well, that makes sense. My full size and compact gen 1 guns always have picked up a round. I can see it being a huge problem if it didn't pick one up.
I'm here in Oz and looking at getting one of these for my first pistol.
I absolutely love my 2.0. Full size, shoot I have two people that have tried to buy it off me at the range Hah.
How do you get into the armorer's course?
I like the Marge back strap. None of us will be CCW anymore, we are now CBDD 😎
Also that old footage of you with the M&P, is that camo jacket you’re wearing surplus? It’s sick I’d really like one
I like when the slide goes home when I shove the mag in hard
I just bought this a couple weeks ago. I love shooting with it but recently I have had some issues with my gun doing the click no bang. Any steps I should take? I bought it used but shot it just fine the first few times I went to the range, but now I switched to Winchester and my ammo gets lodged in the chamber. Any suggestions? Thanks I'm new to the handgun stuff.
Nice
Wish I could get it with the crimson trace laser and sight
I Love that pistol. 😊
Can you do a quick video on how to site the Crimson red dot?
Can you please review the 4.25 9mm version that has the fiber optic sights? Picking this one up this month and there's not many range reviews for it.
Please & Thank-you 👍
Where can I find the red dot sight and laser sight for my S&W
That seems like a LOT of smoke coming out of those ports...i wonder how much flash it throws up into your line of sight indoors or in low light?
This gun with the gold barrel!
Always wondered why there was that barcode on my m&p 1st gen
Can’t go wrong with anything M&P from SW. I had a m&p9 gen 1 that was a good gun but didn’t really do anything special for me. It was boringly good I guess you can say. Still carry a m&p shield 45 occasionally. The last few years I’ve been into walthers, so that’s where I go for full sized striker fired guns these days. The 5” PDP compact is a ccw dream come true.
I love my performance center
I just bought the original performance center smiths & wesson 40 2.0
The Shield and Compact models do the same. Little surprising the 1st time it happens
I have the same version except for mine is a 40cal. and not 9mm and you couldn’t be more right, it’s a very sweet shooting gun and one of my very early purchases as I got into my 2nd amendment rights regarding self and home defense. It’s not my every day carry, but I wouldn’t hesitate to carry it on a daily basis it’s just that big things come in small packages nowadays.😝😋🙏🙏
I was going to look into a Canik TP9SF for a race/home defense pistol. But an M&P with comp holes already in the barrel, optics ready, and an improved trigger? I can't say now to that.
My 1.0 ported core 5" has an adjustable over-travel stop
Eric, what is your opinion between this gun and Canik Mete?
i love my 2.0. look no more.
Guys, after a year of carrying fmj (not by choice), I finally found .45 Hollow points in store. 🎉
What kind? I'd rather have a fmj that over penetrates than a hollow point that under penetrates.
@@rileyneufeld7001 I put 1 HP and 1 FMJ patterns in my magazines.
My ocd goes off when the slide is racked using the sight
Did anyone else see the 8/17 announcement from S&W? I wonder if they are going to release a 3.0 M&P?
I think it's gonna be an M&P PCC..
@@GhostModeActual that would be awesome
Looking into this!
Wonder how this would compare with the canik tps9
Can you do a review on the m&p 2.0 compact 40cal ?
Bought my wife an M&P shield ez wednesday. It will be in Monday.
Yo these are hard to to find! I’ve been looking for one of these for a few months already
apex flat face is a MUST for this gun, the stock trigger is ok for a striker but i hate the shape and pivot thingy.
I'm looking at getting this pistol for my first semi auto.
