This show was so amazing and as a young child growing up in the 80's it was magic. It scared me as a child, those eerie corridors and having to look away when a Visitor was unmasked. The first 2 mini series was fantastic, the cast could not have been better and Kenneth Johnson and co really went to town with the story and production for such a show back then. The follow up TV series had its moments but it sadly lost the eerie feel that kept you gripped because the Visitors became more of a parody of themselves in the TV series and budget cuts cheapened the effect of the show also. But the whole 1980's version of the franchise is far superior to the bland wooden and emotionless 2009 reboot.

I love almost all of the science fiction movies but V and V the final battle is the best science fiction movie ever. I wish that I could have those voices, the uniform, those black leather boots, and the laser rifle. They do have laser rifles now the CO2 carbon dioxide laser rifle it could cause 🔥 fires? Police department use a green laer light to dazzle the human eyes only temporary.
