      @@Tony-. Honestly imo I think that coastal cities across the globe will need to relocate, a sea wall can only do so much and isn’t feasible for every coastal city. Take Miami for example, it’s all the rage now but in 20-30 years smart people will be moving and not looking back.

    • @Tony-.
      @Tony-. Před 7 měsíci +1

      @@richard09able The wall removes the threat of a tsunami, and slow flooding does not pose a risk of loss of life to the population. Japan simply has nowhere to go, they build walls and live.
      Relocation of an entire metropolis will be much more expensive. At a minimum, due to the cost and risk of such structures, part of the population will relocate, and the price may be that the city will be slowly abandoned without upheavals and shocks.

    Hmmm honestly, not that impressed. It's in a very closed area with no real sport parks or large parks area anywhere near it. Plus, it's residential. That means it's not someplace the general public will be able to go and take in a few. Saudi Arabia is absolutely putting us to shame with their mega projects. Plus, you have to worry about the crime before you ever even get anywhere close to this place.. 93 floors oh my lol.
