If you are trying to sell your timeshare then you know that it is pretty much an impossibility these days. There are all sorts of reasons given for this. Typically your timeshare company will tell you that it just needs to be marketed better. That you don't have enough "exposure". This, of course, is typically just a b.s. lie.
The real reason is that your timeshare is viewed as an expense. It's not an asset.
Understanding this can save you a lot of trouble beating your head against the wall for the next months and years or, even worse, paying a listing company $1000 or more to just list it. Companies who try to sell your timeshare will not tell you that they simply do not sell.
If you want to get out of your timeshare then you are most certainly going to need to do it either via a guaranty backed transfer or using an attorney.

I cancel my timeshare before the rescission date by certified mail and mailed it 5 days early, but it arrived late. Is it still good?
