Well to be fair, JOSE MOURINHO IS ONE OF THE BEST FOOTBALL MANAGER IN THE WORL.
The records speak for itself. He won trophies everywhere he went.
Manchester isn’t even at their best yet. However He won trophies with that bad team. That’s how good he is. Ofcourse as a Manchester United fan Im not really happy about how we are playing now, but Jose deserves more respect from the Media.

He can only motivate n push them.. The rest is because the players are good or otherwise.. Characters development been done in youth programme.. Thats why footballers need academy.. Not just to know how to play football but most importantly the characters building on & off the pitch.. I know bcause i was in such academy before.. Mourinho used to do reverse psychology in his PC, but not many people understand it n only mentally strong players will accept such "criticism" n turn it into good performance.. U can then understand why mourinho rarely "trust" young player.. Its not because of technical or tactical thing.. But its the mental aspect of the game..

Pep has won one league title and nothing else? yet you add Carling cup for Jose and Community shield? Pep has won the exact same things but won the league title to add to them which is the biggest trophy by far in style. Please never compare Pep with this prehistoric manager still stuck in his past. The football we play is atrocious and negative to say the least. Jose is spent and won't win the Epl with us no matter what he spends. A man who always talks about his past to hail himself and never praises his current club is a manager i can never respect. The football is dead, he's not winning as well. Then he insults the club to hype himself in the process, i can't wait to be rid of the idiot.

Jose creates his enemies when he bashed wenger in some pretty classless jones at him last year. He doesn’t need to bring up any other manager. Jose always does this to deflect from criticism.
