BBQ Tour Stop #3: Snow’s BBQ | 15 Hour Wait at #9 Texas Monthly The Best 50 BBQ Joints!

Welcome back to our BBQ Tour! Our third stop took us to the small town of Lexington, Texas. We arrived just in time to be second and third in line, we waited a total of 15 hours! We were really sleepy and tired but the experience was incredible and worth it.
We were warmly greeted by Kerry and his crew - a real BBQ family from Texas!
The food was absolutely delicious, with the pork steak being the highlight of the meal.
Kerry and Miss Tootsie were amazing. It was a pleasure to meet Kerry and the crew and watch them make magic through the night.
I love every chance I get to eat BBQ in Texas, and Snow’s BBQ did not disappoint!
