It happened! I put weight! And not some weight! Actually quite a lot. About 5 kilos ..
Summer, holidays .. I moved from London to Paris. All these pain au chocolate, croissants..
👉🏻🤔 look what is Roman diet?
Eating a balanced diet is an essential part of good nutrition, improved overall health, and a lowered risk of chronic disease. Italian food is an integral part of the Mediterranean diet - which focuses on fresh vegetables, olive oil, and grains - is an excellent part of a balanced, healthy diet. Eating Italian food offers many health benefits for you and your family!
    ⚠️ Manage Your Weight
The best Italian food is made from fresh vegetables, including tomatoes, leafy greens, and onions, that are low in calories but high in nutritional value. These reduced calorie ingredients can help you increase your intake of vitamins while achieving or maintaining your ideal weight!
In the context of this obesity pandemic, the situation in Italy is also different. For a long time Italy was a symbol of a healthy lifestyle, with an obesity rate of only 8% of the population versus 30% in the US and 21% in the United Kingdom (UK)
Although not everyone is able to move to a Mediterranean country where the food quality is higher, and there are not fast food spots on every corner, the Mediterranean approach to food and lifestyle can be replicated almost anywhere.
Italians, French, Greeks, Spanish, Croatians, and Israelis all enjoy high life expectancy, and good health with overall fewer health problems than their American counterparts due to their very simple common sense approach to food and lifestyle.
⚠️ Italians simply balance the quality and quantity of foods ― not too much fat, just a little red meat, lots of chicken, turkey, and fish, and just enough carbohydrates.
    How exactly does this work?
Fine! Let’s have a day together and I’ll show you exactly how to lose from 2 to 5 kilos per week.
But before we start let me tell you something really vital:
⛔️ no alcohol! At all. Not even a sip of it.
It gives you extra empty calories, it slows your metabolism and it reduces your will-power
⛔️ no stupid sweet stuff like m&m’s, shop bought cheep chocolates, Haribo - I’m naming my favourite crap food that gave me these extra kilos
Just forget about it! As fabulous Maye Musk said - have 3 apples before having 1 biscuit!
Totally- you better overeat sugars on fruit than on crappy chocolates
⛔️ no coke - Coke Zero or any other zero sugar drinks - guys, I know it’s ‘no sugar’ but what about other chemicals they contain? This product cannot be healthy! It’s totally artificial.
And even after 1 week without my favourite and very beloved Coke Zero - 1. I can see a clear improvement of my metabolism and .. 2. My skin is the best I had since Norway. It’s glowing
⛔️ plenty of water! At least 2 litters per day. Im doing 3 litres. And sometimes even more when it’s +36 degrees outside . And especially when I go jogging. With +30
    Speaking of which!
⛔️ exercise - up to you actually. Exercise is always good, but I didn’t have much time these days. So I’m jogging from time to time but my main focus is what I eat and when I eat
And on this positive note - let’s start our Roman diet plan day!

You are right it is only three rules ( eat healthy balanced food made in home + don’t eat until you are really hungry almost fasting+ and don’t eat too much 33% for food 33% water 33% air ) and to make it even better move as much as you can

No surprise, wholesome food in the U.S.A. ist the exception.
The rule is highly processed, cheap food, therefore 60+% of the population suffer from overweight!

The difference I see between Italia 🇮🇹 and USA 🇺🇸 is that Italians are not skinny (like Anna), they have some padding, but I never saw an obese person like here in the 🇺🇸.

Hi Anna! If you stay away from the ultra-processed foods and coke (as much as possible), you should be alright. The dinners with the meat and fish looked good (there's nothing like NY strip or Ribeye though). Your body needs the proper balance of fats, carbohydrates, and protein. Stay healthy foxy woman!

    Buona continuazione.

  • @HerrFinsternis

5kg in a week.... That's not possible, and here's why
One gram of fat contains 9 calories. 5kg contains 45.000. That means you ate almost 6500 calories per day less then normal. That's the same as 6,5 pizza's less each day, do you think that's reasonable?
What's more likely is that the change in diet made you store less water. Waterweight can easily change by several kilograms over a short time.

    • @AnnaGoldmanTravel
      @AnnaGoldmanTravel  Před 7 měsíci

Exactly 🙂 and for people with a lot of extra weight this diet might help to actually lose 5kg in 2 weeks
I was really close by week 2 🤣 but I put that extra weight very quick, so it was same quick to drop it back to normal 😎
In any case - it works! 😉
