Peri Peri Chicken and Spicy rice | Easy Piri Piri recipe | Pepe's style

Hi everyone this is my take on Pepe's peri peri chicken and rice, its a yummy recipe you must try it, you can enjoy this with a garlic mayo sauce or sweet chilli equally as delicious! If you do try my recipe please comment like share and subscribe to my channel thanks for watching :)
Ingredients
PERI PERI CHICKEN
1kg boneless chicken (cut into cubes)
Half tsp crushed chillies
salt to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
juice of 2 lemons
2 tbsp peri peri rub
2 tbsp oil to cook chicken
marinate for at least 30 mins
SPICY RICE
Pre soak rice ( I made 3 glasses)
Half cup of oil
2 tbsp peri peri rub
3 chicken stock cubes
1.5 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
2 tbsp tomato puree
1.5 glasses of water per 1 glass of rice
