Yes and he worded it as if it’s was entirely the friend’s idea to go try on a dress and take over the appt when (from how I interpreted it) he specifically asked her a couple times if there was anything she saw that she liked and opened up that door for her.

I disliked when the consultant when “just a smidge over budget” She gave a budget because that’s what she can afford. It’s not the consultants money so she should go over budget. If the bride doesn’t like any of the dresses in the budget she should have the choice to go over the budget not fall in love and then have to buy the dress.
Unfortunately a lot of these consultants work on commission and taught to offer the more expensive dresses.

I'm stopping to comment on Josie's 2nd dress. She goes from "I love this dress...I'm going to say yes to this dress " to "why can't [my sister] see I don't like this dress?" in a snap after her SIL says she doesn't like it. Then when confronted by her sister, denies saying that she loved it. Something seems a little sus!🤨

Why can't mother's respect the bride's wishes as long as it's not over the top? The bride with the forest in mind looked beautiful in the one she chose first and too skinny in the mermaid her mom chose. Mom has already had her day.

The consultant at David Emmanuel I didn’t like. I think every bride she was showing dresses over their budget. That is high pressure sales.
Limited selection of dresses in the 1500. And under range.
They ALWAY’S push the customers over budget, but then there is always going to be the extra cost of “fitting”, which they never mention when going above the client’s initial budget!
If the salesperson isn’t willing to respect the bride’s budget, then they should be more flexible or not show it.
Can't stand when moms think their daughter's wedding day is about them and not their daughter.
