  • This is the Episode 1 of the gut series. Episode 1 features lymph expert, Dr. Perry Nickelston
    Dr. Perry and I circle the world of the lymphatic system. As Dr. Perry gets vulnerable with his near-to-death cancer experience, he shares his perspective on the missing links within the medical and cellular research systems. With an over-arching emphasis on toxin accumulation and inflammation overdrive, Dr. Perry discusses how the lymphatic system relates to the immune system, the gut and nutrition, aging, weight gain, the liver, joint health, and movement adaptations. Simplifying cellular mechanisms using filtration analogies, Dr. Perry paints the story of the lymphatic system and the importance of using his ordered lymphatic drainage technique paired with movement to optimize your body’s internal health.

    He is amazing. I am a 64-year old fitness, Pilates, and yoga teacher. I move all the time, do Diaphramatic breathing a lot and was still feeling tired and not great. I started his lymphatic drainage. WOW. I am going to pass his name on to everyone I know. I am amazed at how good I feel!! I have been looking for him all my life😊!!

      I do gua sha and it's saved me a few times in my life.
      I find it to be the most effective lymph moving technique, personally. And I've done them all. Cupping is convenient when u don't feel like doing any work tho lol.
      You do need to keep doing it and make it a routine or it will creep back up on you.

    Ok , i was having a very rough few days physically, mentally, and emotionally. I did the lymphatic drainage he suggested in the video, and it was like a burst of energy and happy feelings almost instantly. I feel great! Has anyone else experienced this after the lymph drainage? Just from one first time doing it?

      That's fantastic and shows how much our body responds to just a little TLC! We should always treat ourselves kindly. Especially when we're going thru a rough patch! If we treat ourselves like we would someone we care dearly for, our bodies will respond and heal faster. Everything will improve, mentally, physically & emotionally!🎉❤ 🕊 😊 🫂 🤗 🥰

      Yes, a burst of energy for sure. My dog began jumping up and down as I was gently but firmly smacking my clavicle area and I burst out in laughter. We both began to play and jump and I then laughed so hard because it was all so fun and silly. Hubby got home abd and he too got a kick about Oliver 🐕 jumping up and down alongside me. I've been following this method of draining the lymphatic for just a few days and I'm now hearing and feeling my left ear open up as if something good is happening. I've always had head pressure. Looking forward to this! Thank you

    Amazing information, and yes, I was doing it in the right order, but I didn't know about the back of the leg. I'm going to practice this daily to get more relief. All the areas mentioned are a lot of the areas I struggle with when I'm not feeling well. Nutrition and movement are so good for better health and feeling better😊 Thank you 🧡

      Dude, I was having laryngospasms... where u wake up from sleeping unable to breathe wheezing gasping for air. It's one of the scariest things that's ever happened to me..... after doing lymph work it hasn't happened since. *knock on wood*
      You can cure soooo many problems with this. I wish I found him sooner... I had to take 7 years painful, sick years to discover this on my own first. Then I find him LOL. He's still got so many useful tidbits it's still a Massive help.

    Am I correct that Chi Qong / Tai Chi will help with moving the lymphs..Also sacro-cranial now and then ? However, with a healthy diet which moves out of the guts efficiently - always..!

    • @calista1280
      @calista1280 Před 3 měsíci +2

      Yes, movement is always good for the circulation. But direct massage, tapping etc is more direct & efficient. Just like massaging the muscles helps move out the lactic acid & releases tension. relaxing the muscles.
      Massaging the lymph areas will help release the bound up fluids and toxins.
