“The real cartel” theres hundreds of different cartels in mexico. CJNG, Sinaloa, Noreste/Zetas, Gulf, LFM, etc and they all have multiple factions in each one

Solid content. I watch a few travel vloggers and you are by far the most entertaining for me personally. Been watching casually for a while now and I've noticed that your best and worst videos are essentially doing the same sort of thing; when you get with the locals, once or twice it has been a little too random for me but way more often than not, you've really captured the whole experience and way of life well.
Wishing you even more success for the future. I plan to do the same thing as you're doing by travelling but not necessarily documenting it because again, that's another talent you have - of breaking down footage and making an entertaining video from it.

From my observations, Benny and Ali seem to have the only ties related to the cartel.
