@@KrishnaPrasad-qt7ke not underrated but he's not that popular... I don't think he is. I remember Vaas as one of the most popular bowlers around and people still remember him as one of the best Sri Lanka has ever produced
Chamunda and Jayasuriya were 90s fear for us small kid Indian fans . That 189 of Jayasuriya and ripping away by vaas in Champion trophy I can never forget . Cried a lot that day

Nothing to feel sad brother, everyone ages, we all will perish, but big thumbs up to them for still maintaining the level of fitness to be playing the competition 👍 Also it shows their love for the game. Am not sad coz they grew old, am sad coz we don't get too see them playing international matches anymore 😥
Wow, Goosebumps..... look at him still stylo with white hairs, there was time we try to copy their bowling action/style...chaminda Vass, Ambrose, Wasim and waqar....
The game feels like a couple of uncles decided to have a game on the weekend and pulled one of their daughters to umpire since she had no plans for the weekend.
Yes Vaas had a beautiful action, swings both ways. May be the second best left hand bowler after wasim akram in the 90's when we used to watch cricket.
Sanath Sangakkara Tharanga Jayawardene Kapugedra Dilshan T perera Vaas Malinga Murali Ajantha Mendis ( Finals against India in Asia cup, Mendis took 5 wickets, nostalgia)
His left arm pace bowling was one for the books. So clean, so technical. Just looking like a wow! As an 80's kid, this was what cricket was. The hanging tummy, not much bigger than my own is sadness though :(
So many legend matches these days.. because former stars are more loved than current stars. It's a good indication that the game is going downhill and needs to be saved somehow. My suggestion is to have fewer and more meaningful matches. And maybe shut down at least some of the T20 leagues. (Yeah right, like that's gonna happen).
No matter how vaas and sachin had timely battles. But they are the real heroes whom really honoured the gentlemen's game by entertaining the cricket lovers overall. They are incomparable. We missed this lovely era after 2010. I don't think we would see another.
Vaas Wasim Waqaur Mc Grath Warne Donald Brett Lee Ambrose Akthar Saqlain Muralitharamln Walsh Bond vs One Sachin🎉❤❤ My God dispatched to boundaries all of the greatest bowlers, played epic innings in tests and one days in bouncy fast tracks This modern day greats are nothing compared to him as pitches and bowlers are not the same quality He is the GOD for many reasons🎉❤😊😊😊very lucky to see him bat

Very underrated bowler. Got overshadowed by Muralitharan. Remember his best spell in ODI of 8-19 is still a record not broken.

Those tight lines and length with almost zero inaccuracies. Vaas the most underrated legend.
