Hi Joe, Great videos. I am redoing my boat and your videos are very helpful. I have the same type of accessories but want to have separate batteries for crank and always on. where would you add a on-off-both battery switch?
Your videos are EXTREMELY helpful. Thank you. I have one question: can you provide a link to those RGB LED lights you are referencing in this video with the RF remote? I can't find them. Thank you.
Hi Derrick, thanks for watching and for the nice words. For the the RF remote I got it at a electronic store called Addison. It’s called “LED STRIP CONTROLLER WITH WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL - RGB” If you go to there website and type LED STRIP CONTROLLER WITH WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL - RGB You will see all the descriptions. My led strip and remote were purchased separately. Hope this helps, let me know.
Hi Joe. Great video and just what I need. Any chance you can share the wire diagrams with a link or something? Would love to print these off to use and keep a copy on the boat in a ziplock. Thanks Dean
Hi I’m in the process of re wiring my whole boat, one thing I’m not sure with is radio…. Should I hook this up to “always on” fuse block on a switch or have it on “ignition fuse block”
Hi Scott. To start thank for watching. They are advantages and disadvantages in both ways. If you like to have your radio on when your keys is not in the ignition then you can connect it on always on fuse box. But if you forget it on with the volume low or muted then it will drain your battery since it will not close automatically. It’s your call but both ways will work👍. Have fun with the rewiring. Always fun to work on boats 🙂
Hi Micheal Hensley, thanks for watching. I show the results at 7 sec of the video 🙂, done this on multiple boats but the one on the video is a 14 feet princecraft. Smaller boat. Let me know if you have more questions 👍 Yes did do the interior of it also. Check czcams.com/video/DypARsW9XUw/video.html
Hi ODLid1, thanks for watching, I never say the size because every accessory will be different from one boater to another. I might get a set of leds that require a 2amp fuse but yours might need a 4amp fuse. Every accessory you get will have the specifications and the fuse required. When an accessory say max amp, that will be your fuse size. Hope this helps :)
Excellentes instructions. If I had a boat i would give a call right away.................😃
Let’s go new video!
Nice video 👍

Got to ask, what kind of boat and did you do the interior of it?

All good but you never say what size of fuses to each accessory
