LITERALLY WHEN HE WAS ASKED HIS NAME
I kept wondering if he was ok, lol.
That’s all of us watching them on SNL.

These two are equally guilty of the same crime. I'm sure.

It definitely had a "crush on Michael" vibe at some moments tho

Thank you. He does! Hahahaha thank goodness he didnt leave !! Hahaha

Love how colin’s reasoning for there not being an Illuminati is scheduling and he wasn’t lying
I mean as an Illuminati member he’s basically right. We had to raincheck our meetings to the point we’re just a group chat at this point
The illuminati were a real group in Barvaria until they were arrested by police in like the 1700s I think.

Yeah the Christmas specials where they have to read each others jokes are hilarious
You mean the highlights of his career
the polygraph lady is the best. i'm surprised most people didn't understand that it's a joke that she's so serious lol
does cringe count as humor?
@@pipizondersnuif1335 it actually does. It's called 'cringe comedy.' You might want to look it up.
@@Temzy17 serious question: could The Office be counted as that? Kind of what my mind immediately went to
Arie Hill yea the office would count, along with parks and rec, Brooklyn 99, and 30 rock (idk if that helped but)
I think we get it but it doesn't play that well for her. I like her though. The other polygrapher they have does "tough guy" in a funnier way. Could just be the editing though.
I love how Che was just trying to get Colin to embarrass himself and Colin is giving this man a criminal interrogation
He wanted to know if they were friends, too.
That was surprisingly a good assessment. I’m not sure which one I prefer.
Agree.. too serious colin..
Colin’s face after Che’s “Not enough attention” is how you know they’re great friends. He understood that he was serious and the response was heartfelt and waited for eye contact and nodded to acknowledge his words and offer silent empathy. They pick at each other, but clearly have the upmost respect. Che got deep with the “I think it’s fixed” too.
im so glad you caught that. so did i.
When was this
@@wildpeepee2411 13:20
Man that was touching
The problem with Manhattan? Not enough attention. The response was sarcastic and deadpan. And hilarious. Colin joined in the deadpan serious tone, making it even more funny. Camera scans to lie detector test lady, seemingly oblivious, for humorous effect. Also, lie detector machine not moving, which tells you something about lie detector machines.
Che has good priorities.
Questions about the integrity of the political system = No sweat.
Question about watching the Kardashians = Acts like he's being framed for murder.
No comments? Imma change that

SNL, what a collection of bad intentions that they somehow cashed in on...the actors that is. So, there's no conspiracies, right Colin and Michael. Just a little one maybe, right?

He knew her maybe for that movie with big-ants!
I love how they think we know to how to read the polygraph.
Right?? There's no explanation or anything. When the machine just wiggles a little bit, does mean they are lying, or does it have to wiggle a lot for it to be a lie??
Idk why they don't just overlay text in the video that says truth or lie for each answer; that would be so much better. Or, they could just have her just say truth or lie after each answer. Either would be great 😂
@@orchdork775 I think when the top line does a big wiggle that's when they're lying
susan ivy What if the person has something along the lines of an anxiety disorder that would give a physiological response that may be contrary to what they’re saying because they’re on edge? I’m just curious.
@@susanivy3619 All polygraph's test is your.... blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and skin conductivity. So they don't exactly measure your lying hormone that only gets activated when you're lying. If I have a reaction for any reason the lie detecter can mark it as a severe reaction and the person running the test will contextualize that as a lie. Looking at how calm and stern she is during this you can easily see how being in a situation that is more serious than a fun comedy bit could result in someone having a severe reaction to answering a particular question despite their honesty due to general discomfort with the situation if not something more specific.
@@susanivy3619 Even with the best interpretation of what they do, polygraphs do not test if you're telling the truth. They simply test if you're uncomfortable with a line of questioning. There are times when the truth is more uncomfortable than a lie, and telling the truth could trigger the polygraph more than telling a lie.
Also when you're uncertain about the answer, the fact that you've been asked a question you don't know the answer to while hooked up to a supposed truth telling machine is going to make you uncomfortable and trigger the machine whether you tell the truth or not.
You can see that happening all through the video. Any time they're asked a specific question about a vague topic it sets off the machine.
How many people remember their dreams for long periods of time? But when Michael asks specifics about Colins dreams that he clearly doesn't remember, it sets off the machine. Not because he's lying, but because he's worried what the machine might interpret as a lie, because that is a very layered question that doesn't have a simple answer. If you think hard enough, you might be able to dig up a couple of memories, so it's not entirely true to say you don't remember - although for any reasonable expectation it's completely true - but it's certainly also not true that you do remember, since you would have to put a lot of effort into just getting useless fragments.
Michael is a master of making Colin uncomfortable. It's what their whole act is based on. The questions he asked were going to set off the machine no matter what Colin said.
“Do you think you’re better than me because you went to Harvard?” I choked
Luke Perry I did too
On my nuts
I had water in my mouth I nearly spit-taked on my laptop
I really wish the response had been “No, that’s not why I think I’m better than you.”
@@Batgirl219 that'd be brutal
Their chemistry is great. Not only hilarious together, but you can really tell they have grown into genuine friends.
13:15 literally broke my heart... Colin's response to Michael's serious answer was so genuine and real and heartfelt that it just said so much to their relationship and how they understand each other through a silent, true understanding.
Great observation 👌🏽
"Broken glass everywhere" is a great call back to Grandmaster Flash's The Message
I like that Michael was trying so hard to trip Colin up but then when it was Colin's turn to ask questions half of them were just trying to make michael admit they're friends

They'd make an excellent Martin & Lewis if they weren't both so smart.
Why a cop movie? I keep seeing this comment everywhere. There are other duo movies than just a cop film.
MyloRen just the first that came to mind.
Perhaps you might prefer a road movie. Maybe a remake of 'Road to Utopia.'
The movie would be called "Two Black Guyz"
This is one of the best duos in SNL history. They seem to really like each other yet there is tension in the room (also during weekend update) and they know how to play with that energy.
