Necessary materials
Here are the Ingredients ⬇️
The measure I used: 200 ml water glass
Half a glass of melted Butter (125 grams)
Half a glass of vegetable oil (100 ml)
Half a glass of milk ( 100 ml )
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2,5 water glasses of flour (300 grams)
Sherbet:
2.5 cups of Sugar (450 grams)
2,5 glasses of water ( 500 ml )
a slice of lemon
Cooking Time:
It will be cooked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25/30 minutes (each oven is different, cooking time may vary)

I was so interested to see this technique for pastry baking. I had seen and tasted sweets like this in Istanbul but did know how they were made. Thank You. My husband's grandmother was Albanian and she cooked Turkish influenced food. He has asked me to make these sweets.
