Salesforce is a low-code or no-code application development platform, you don't need to have a coding background to become a Salesforce Developer.
Basically , if you are someone who have no prior coding experience and don't love coding much. Then it is good for you.
Now for internship i have got sfdc domain will it remain same when I'll join as full time employee ??

Generally growth wise SDE profiles are best for these days.
