My son became paralyzed C5, 5 years ago at 10, due to a cold. now 16 an with twin brother getting into girls as well he says girls aren't interested. I came across your videos an showed him. Told him there's someone out there who will love you for you. You 2 are amazing thank you for sharing your story. 💕

High school is very tough and especially dating whether someone has a disability or not. I’m sure after high school is over, things will be so much better for him because girls won’t have the pressures of their friends around.

I had a feeling Charisma was in healthcare when the two of you met. Her ease around you is very indicative of a healthcare worker because we are trained to treat everyone the same regardless of health or mental conditions. People are people. I am so glad you two met each other. I don't know how your story came up in my searches, but I'm glad it did because your story is beautiful and truly encouraging.

Its also good that she is in the medical field and interacts with those in wheel chairs daily. Cause then she makes you also be more independent and do things on your own vs someone who hasn't and just wants to do everything for you cause they think you can't do it.

When I watch your video like that, I have to cry. reminded me of my deceased fiancée and me.
I also had a partner in a wheelchair. He had an incomplete paraplegia. I had met him like this. When I saw him the first time I was immediately relieved and a year later I moved in with him. A year after we were engaged. he died. I found him dead in the bathroom 5 years ago. Two days before we had to go to the hospital for an IVF treatment. He was my greatest love as much as I love him, I will not become anyone else.
What I am trying to say is that everyone deserves love

Chatty216 Many people don’t know this, but God created the human race, not races. Out of that ethnic groups formed. The concept or division of races is man made. So, marriage or dating those within your race as we sometimes verbally state is incorrect terminology.
So, when it comes to marriage, this life is it, there are no marriages in heaven. So make the best of it and live for love. Which is apparent with Cole and Charisma! 😀

I feel there is a big misconception of girls having a stigma against men in wheelchairs. It’s great that cole put himself out there.
This is such a great story and definition of unconditional love. My hubby (then boyfriend) met in a motorcycle accident in Roanoke, VA last June 17. He broke his left leg in two places. He had multiple braces, including a horrible looking ex-fix. We got married while he was in a regular blue brace and I made the wedding colors to match the color of the brace; it was a simple and cute wedding. One year later, after many therapies he is able to walk again. I am sure you too have seen improvements in your healing and as you desire is to walk unaided again, It will come to pass amen. Continue loving on each other.

I got polio in 1957 I am paralyzed from my left leg from my hip down. Right leg not doing good at 60. I am glad I found someone like you to learn from how you live. I have learned so much I love that you are so positive about your future. I now have the confedence that I will be alright at 80. I just live the best I can today love and bless you.

I think both of you should do an online business selling things like the folks, tools for people with similar disabilities. A lot of people are looking for things like that but do not know where to purchase it. That folk was so cool, I would have given it as a gift to someone who needs it. Cole has the right platform on youtube to advertise the products and people will buy it from you as you are living that life.

I love this story. I expected it to be so different, but you two met in such a "normal" way...the same way many other couples have met. You saw the person and that is so important, because so many of us don't even if we won't admit it. This definitely taught me a lesson indirectly!

Panama Girl I just think white guys tend to be apprehensive to approach black women but since he’d seen her many times and worked closely with her he had the opportunity to ask her out. If he weren’t in that specific situation where they were so close he may not have had the courage to talk to her.
