About Cole & Charisma:
Welcome to the official Roll with Cole & Charisma CZcams channel! Since the start of our relationship we've gotten a lot of questions about our experiences as not only an interracial couple, but an interabled one as well. On this channel you can catch us doing travel and adventure vlogs, challenges, our inclusion series, couple first times, music, and so much more! We started this vlog to bring people into our lives, to answer some questions about how we navigate the world, and hopefully raise awareness surrounding accessibility and dating in a wheelchair. You'll quickly see in our episodes that we're all about inclusion and keeping a great attitude no matter your circumstances, so if that's what you're into, you're in the right place!
Thank you for talking about such a private and intimate topic. Intimacy shouldn't be taboo, it's human nature.
Yeah it fills me with pride and appreciation to know that people have made products and resources to give the disabled community the ability to be intimate with their partner in the most intimate of ways because everyone has that right and should be able to. It's important to a relationship and needs to be accessible to all.

Thanks for this educational 34:36 information on this personal and private topic. You both handle it very professionally.
❤Loved❤❗ Alright Now Cole...watchout, the way you said "Stay Sexy". ❤'d🔥🔥🔥😉
Charisma...getcha Manz Sis.😅 I'm So Crazy about you both. No disrespect @ all Charisma, but I'm definitely crazy about me some 💫Cole💫. God Bless You Both and Please Know that both of you are So inspiring to So Many. Keep Growing & Glowing. 😊
"This is the body I have to be confident in." One of the most obvious and yet profound statements ever spoken.
Some non-disabled men don’t realize that sexy can have little to do with the actual act. It is how they treat a woman all day. You two clearly have true intimacy. That is the key that non-disabled men don’t always find because their focus is on prowess and self-satisfaction. You are way ahead of them.
Amen to that!!!
Cole is a very handsome gentleman.
Crarizma( sorry about spelling) is a beautiful 🤩 woman too--

As an aspiring sexologist I can't tell you enough how valuable this is and how much I appreciate you for being vulnerable. Intimacy is for everyone!
Have you watched Murderball? They showed it to medical students where my husband went to Medical School and I was fortunate enough to see it as well.
@@cathytauscher6760 Haven't seen it no, but will definitely check it out thanks!

Hope this doesn't sound weird, but I think you are both very attractive. And a big part of that is your personalities. And I think together yall are just totally adorable.
Agree 💯 They are both so gorgeous but also so mature kind fun loving chill!!
Can't say often enough how gorgeous they are but what is the most charming thing about this couple is how respectful they are of each other and the amount of time each talks seems like 50/50% and they Listen so closely and reverently of each other.
Can we STOP and talk about how CUTE your hair is. It looks so good on you. Keep rocking it.
Yasss sis, that hair everything! It’s so healthy
I was disabled at 26. I’m 40 now. It’s been a long journey. I’m proud of you guys. Keep up the great love for each other
So sad to hear about people's disabilities. Even though they sometimes have a very fulfilling life
Very true. All you can do is live life to the fullest. Thank god everyday that I’m here.
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Keep on fighting ❤
I'm Proud Of You For Sticking In There 💪🏼💪🏼 You're A Go Getter Don't Let Disability Stop 🛑 You For Being Yourself 💯💯🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😁😎
Man judge the outside but true love lies within. God makes everything beautiful. you guys are inspiring.
It's not 'true love'.

How funny I date a girl from Brazil she's gorgeous. I look at me I'm going what in the hell did she seeing me period and she just off the cuff said something one day as I was talking about my wrinkles she says your heart makes everything outside of you so beautiful and so fun. I mean to hear words like this that you read sometime but actually hear them call me it literally changes your whole life your confidence what you think about yourself and you can do this to other people that are just friends I mean it was such a beautiful thing I'm getting kind of wishy-washy but it was such a beautiful thing to hear. As I had never heard anything like that before.
I just absolutely love seeing Cole for a man communicate. He's sought help, to improve and express himself better. Healthier, transparent and openly. He's genuinely and every man should take notes from him. It's rare to find a man like that.
I am disabled from chronic pain and arthritis and widowed and hope I can find someone who finds me attractive and desirable and will be willing to understand and willing to make whatever work out. Love you guys and your conversations❤️
Awh well I think your beautiful! So I know you will find someone. Everyone has a soul mate
I feel the same way being a post stroke dealing with chronic pain on a daily bases. I prayed and surrendered my future partner to God. I’m working on self love and my confidence.
Dearest Tina, in the meantime, while you're waiting for that right person to come along.... remember to pour all that you're looking for from another person into your very own life and trust that door will open up for you to bring that person into your life. I wish you the very best in all areas of your life. As for arthritis, you can start by changing the way you're eating if you haven't done so already. It worked for me... 😊😊❤❤
I wish that for you!
You are very attractive, don’t settle for just anyone, wait for the one.
Go to the bathroom after intimacy as well to prevent UTIs! That's just as important as beforehand.
I LOVE Cole's humor and personality! He must be so much fun to be around! "Stay sexy" 😂
Yes they're such a sexy adorable couple!!
What’s so great about open and honest discussions like this is it can help EVERYONE. Interabled or not, these lessons you talked about can be applied to all types of people in all types of relationships. Confidence and communication are so important!
This is a good topic you answered all the questions perfectly with saying anything out line I love you guys so much you guys are very good people I would love to meet you guys good example for people to learn where there love nothing will stop being together keep on the good work I just cannot wait until god bless you guys with a blessing a baby ❤
It's nice to hear you two talk about intimacy in a positive adult manner without the horny details. As open as y'all are, privacy is sacred.
JUST THINK ABOUT ALL THE PEOPLE YOU ARE HELPING.
Thank you so much for addressing this subject. After 27 years of marriage, my partner became a paraplegic. 17 months in, we are struggling in this area.
I knew a long time ago; a woman who was a intimacy assistant for people with disabilities especially if both partners were disabled. She helped with position changes or creative positions. I loved her work in helping people with disabilities and intimacy. ❤

Enjoy this and glad you all did this discussion…
Wow
Thanks for sharing
To me intimacy means being completely vulnerable and comfortable with someone. It's about being your true self with that person and vice versa. Anything physical just falls into place after that in whichever way it works for a couple. But physical doesn't equal intimate at all in my eyes. So with that being said, they have a truly intimate relationship.
It’s a little ridiculous how much I absolutely adore two people I’ve never met in my life. Lol
You guys are doing such a great job educating and entertaining everyone.
(Shane and Hannah are my other favorite couple!)
Charisma has so much charm. You can tell their love is real .
Her name is so fitting for her lol
I love that they're almost at a million I mean they deserve it
Agreed they will get there
No need to be sad that you were not able to be intimate in college Cole,. It probably saved you from a lot of unseen problems. It helped to keep you pure and decent, although it was hard. It’s easy to give in to pleasures but it takes a strong man to do without until the time is right. Bravo 🎉
Perfectly said
Take your time to grow. Don't try to be fast.😊
The chemistry between you two is SO tangible 😍 38 mins felt like 10 lol. Thank you for being THE PROOF that initamcy is universal, interabled or not! Look forward to the next 2 videos!!🙌🏽
Cole, you got game! You're an athlete in your heart and soul, so your strategy to wait until you had more control of your physicality was a smooth manly move. You are such a man! Thank for sharing.
As a disabled caregiver, really find some gems in your interactions! Keep up the great inspiration! Blessings
I am 52 years old, and I have just been recently diagnosed with fibromyagia after being misdiagnosed for 6 years with arthritis. Being overweight and having chronic pain, makes dating very difficult. On top of that, I have a mental illness and in recovery for alcohol addiction. In the last few years, my confidence has been obligated to the point, I am just existing. I just don't know how to change the situation I am in, so I don't do anything. But, this chanel has helped a bit in giving me ideas on how to get out of my comfortable zone. Thanks Cole and Charisma.
I just stumbled on this channel and am loving the conversation with Cole & Charisma. I have both (fibro & arthritis) Susan, totally hear you. I see that no matter how together someone “seems” to the world, everyone behind the curtain, struggles with their own positive self belief. I also think that people are really struggling more than ever with loss, isolation, fear, pain, and finding real connection with others, and a positive sense of self identity no matter what. Your message really got my attention, and I just wanted to acknowledge you for being so authentic in your sharing. I think this is how real confidence is created. I think the way “out” of the uncomfortable comfort zone you are describing is one action at a time, connecting, sharing, contributing. Sending good energy your way, blessings.
Great idea to do a group share video with your other friends about relationships & intimacy. Great channel, so glad I found you two.
The chemistry will be enough eventually the golden egg will find you …. Keep going you both rock!!! 😊
24:37 you inspire me man. I’m here wallowing because I’m losing my mental faculties, but I still have my body. And I still breathe. I swear if I ever become like you, I’ll have you as a bastion of resilience, and i will
Live to your example and inspire others. You’ll never back down, and neither will I. We are indomitable
You two are my favorite couple on the internet! Your chemistry is beautiful
This was a wonderful talk.
Hearing Cole talk in the beginning about loss of identity really resonated with me in a very deep way. I am not physically disabled, but I have such severe depression and anxiety, that I have truly lost myself and have been lost for a number of years (still lost as I write this). I lost my job and home; I'm in severe debt, I have no friends etc and my entire personality and identity is just... gone. I don't recognise myself AT ALL and I don't know how to deal with that.
When I heard Cole speak about that, it was genuinely the first time hearing someone talk so well about loss of identity and how difficult it is to live and be confident when you don't recognise yourself and have no idea who you are.
This was extremely helpful to me! I'm saving this video to watch again. Thank you so much Cole and Charisma!! ❤❤❤ God bless you for the wonderful work you're doing by sharing your stories. ❤
May God heal your depression, anxiety, restore your losses and debt, may He also give you a true and genuine friend. I understand you. Be blessed
@@nkathagatobu6592 wow. Thank you so, so, so much! May God bless you on this Easter Sunday and beyond. How wonderful it is that people like you exist; people who wish the best for a stranger. ❤️❤️❤️
(Since writing that comment, I now have a job due to God's wonderful blessing. I have to work on getting rid of my debt, which I know will take a very long time. I still don't have friends, but my coworkers are nice. I'm learning to trust God again so I hope by His grace I will get rid of my anxiety and through all of that good, I hope my depression leaves as well.)
I like the way Cole looks at charisma sooo intimate ❤ cute couple
What an AWESOME job!!! As I've recently commented, thank you for being an advocate to others. You both are inspirational.
I love watching Cole and Charisma..they just give off nice chilled out vibes.

Thanks for sharing this. As a person with muscular dystrophy I struggle with a lot that’s mentioned here. Looking forward to the next chapter of this series and learning more. Thank you!

I just love Cole’s personality you 2 make such a beautiful couple 🫶🏼
Thank you for handling what some would call a "touchy" topic with such straightforward, informative, yet vulnerable style. You all gave us wonderful information that is so beneficial, not just to interabled relationships, but to all relationships. I appreciated your stressing how Important communication is as far as intimacy is concerned. I also appreciated you all pointing out there are many ways to be intimate, not just to where most people's minds normally gravitate. I look forward to your second conversation on this toppic. God Bless.
8:50 i empathise with this. I’ve gotten it back, I’ve lost it several times as well, because stuff keeps happening. I’ll try to remember your words cole, for when I forget my own
This was another great video. There's something here for everybody to learn, no matter the situation. Your candor and transparency are just more reasons why you guys are one of my favorite couples! ❤❤ Looking forward to parts 2 and 3.
I’ve watched you guys since the start, but only check in periodically and wow how much you’ve both matured!. Rooting for you always.
Excellent topic to address. Kudos to you both for your courage and ‘plain’ talk!👌🏾❤️🌺
You did an excellent job with this video! You completely answered each question completely without compromising your privacy. As a health care provider, I deal with different abled people all of the time. These are topics they all have questions about. Thank you for sharing your more personal experiences.
Much love and respect for you both!!!! Both of you are beautiful souls!! ❤😊
You guys are two of the best couples that I will spend time to listen and watch your videos. Trust me, lots of us who may not have a disability partner in our relationship does NOT have the beautiful relationship that you too have. I love to watch and listen to you both. There is communication, respect, love, friendship, with all this qualities other intimacys come easy. Some couples would wish to have what the two of you have. You both are a wonderful couple. I love to watch and listen to you both. Hope you get your million members soon..❤❤
Thank you for putting this series together! I watched Shane and Hannah's series from a few years ago and I was glad to see you guys explore this topic as well.
Having chronic illness/chronic pain can make all types of intimacy difficult with my spouse at times, and I haven't been able to find good resources or advice. I wish I knew more interabled couples to discuss these issues with because sometimes there are body issues that come up that "able bodies" couples don't necessarily deal with or encounter. Thank you for this and I'm looking forward to watching your other videos on this topic.
I remember when you made a comment a while back you weren’t comfortable talking about this subject.. it shows growth and maturity on your behalf ❤
Just found you and am so grateful for your willingness to be vulnerable and open about helping other people learn. It’s a beautiful thing. I particularly love the message that we all eventually need to deal with our own insecurities and being confident in the bodies we have to work with is a choice! How terrific is that !!! Bottom line too, sex and intimacy is often uncomfortable and trial and error for EVERYONE. Being able to laugh and recognize the humor in the situation is so important. We aren’t soap opera characters - and intimacy doesn’t look like a perfectly choreographed dance. It’s bumps and turns and giggling and learning to love yourself which is the true road to accepting and recognizing love from another person.
I admire the way you tackled this. Your openness and your communication. There are, unfortunately, many couples that are having to deal with these issues and you two openly sharing helps. Good job.
This comment isn’t about intimacy, but listening to you share, I'm so impressed with how articulate you both are. You explain things well and are very natural. You both are great role models.
Your hair is absolutely so beautiful, gorgeous Queen!!!
It's very nice to hear you guys talking about this topic cause you have to be special in some kind of way to do that. Not everybody can do it that easily. Love from 🇷🇸 ♥
Thank you so much for sharing this. It was so great to hear your (Cole's) journey to self-confidence.
Its so important to talk about each others perspective. Even if it's uncomfortable, the more you practice can help. Treasure the funny awkward times too!
You two are incredibly sweet and fun to watch. Great content guys!
This is a great talk-even for those listeners are not disabled. Bravo!

Thankyou for sharing you guys are such an inspiration to me. This isn't anything about intamacy. But You don't even know many people you help.... I will tell you, just watching Cole litterly have saved my life.... almost 2yrs ago I fell, I put on 60 lbs... and ever since I started following you guys... I'm much better, I watch how strong you are..... no I'm not paralyzed but I have severe weakness in my left side... took a yr lost 20lbs, moving more, but my gait. Unstable.... still weak. But I push myself everyday.... because of you guys.... just thought I would share.......
You rock 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you for taking about this. I am disabled due to chronic pain and while I don’t have an SCI, I do have physical limitations in life and in intimacy. Having a partner who is willing to talk about it and willing to stop and readjust is so important. If your partner isn’t willing to listen and work with you to find what works, maybe you need a some outside help or a different partner. Communication is key!
I love how open you are talking about intimacy. I don't know why we make it so taboo to talk about. You guys don't realize how you have helped other couples being so transparent. 😊
What a beautiful, young couple! May your life together be full of love and humor for all eternity!
You are so accommodating and alert when you held his fingers touched me and says a lot about you. Blessings on you both
Cole and Charisma this is quite an insightful video, and I am sure it will help other couples in this situation. The way Charisma looks at you can see the love she has for you. The lord sent an angel to you Cole and hope one day i can find true love even at my old age.

This is great! 😊 Thanks for sharing. You guys are so awesome. Continue to stay strong and wonderful ❤️
I love how willing you guys are to share this topic - especially for disabled persons who will only get a "clinical" answer from their doctor and want to learn more, love it.
Don't blame doctors, it's not included in their training. There are professionals who are so trained.
@@okundola9388 no definitely not their fault at all, its not expected for dr to talk about intimacy to this extent
@@okundola9388it's absolutely their fault. They are caregivers and physicians, they have a duty to learn and give the best care possible to their patients. They are paid to do so. The problem is they get comfortable making thousands with little to no service. Doctors and teachers are the only professionals in the World that get passes for not staying up to date with their professions and are excused for failing at their jobs.
@@okundola9388and how are those pros accessible…?? Also it’s not “blaming doctors” to say our culture and their profession in general is ableist AF and fails specific populations of patients in particular ways they can improve on (or can’t bc of systemic/institutional/$ constraints)
Aw never seen you two. Me or my husband are not disabled but you two are blessed. I see your love. God bless you!
Thanks for opening up and sharing your journey in intimacy, As always, I learned so much. You are making a huge difference for everyone.
I am single also, but i love seeing love expressed by you two. ❤
Bless you both for sharing this part of your life. Your love and respect for each other radiates through out this video. I just subscribed.
There is definitely a learning curve with any intimate relationship. And especially when you want to know what that person likes or is comfortable with, etc. My advice with what may be an awkward conversations to just go for it! Communication is key and the conversation can be uncomfortable if you allow it to be. But just ask and be open.
Wow that was awesome. Despite not being "professionals" you have all of this experience and experience is valuable. I think people sometimes forget that not so long ago higher education wasn't as valued as it is now and experience was more highly regarded and so you Cole and Charisma are an amazing resource for people in the disabled community. I personally don't have any disabled friends, but obviously would be open and willing to be friends with someone that was. This channel and even Shane and Hannah's in conjunction with professionals would be my advice to them to help them navigate some of those difficulties they may be experiencing and lifting their spirits along with my own personal help or encouragement to them. I am just so much more aware of in my daily life about looking out for my disabled community members and will fight for their right to accessibility to have a fulfilling life as I can enjoy 😊
To clarify too higher education is still something I value greatly and I'm grateful to have my degree.
This video was so informative and I just want to say thank you. The video answered questions that so many people have but are afraid to ask, again thank you.
Your talk on confidence! That is spot on for anybody in any Endeavor in any sport relationship or whatever that was absolutely amazing, good job kids
This has genuinely helped me to understand how disabilities can even be insecurities that allow you not to overcome or work to better yourself! (Hope this make sense)❤❤❤❤ THANKS CHARISMA&COLE❤❤❤❤
It’s amazing what treasures lay ahead in differences! Discovering new things remove us from the known ideologies! Very rewarding gifts ahead
I appreciate this video so much! I've contemplated doing a video discussing the very idea. Your video has helped tremendously. My husband is disabled and it's a topic we have searched long and hard to find info about. (Everything I've seen suggests going outside the marriage to find pleasure. That is not an option for us. )
This is a great conversation. Thank you all for sharing. I am disabled with a few chronic illnesses and being single gets sad sometimes. It’s hard to find people who are willing to accommodate and understand and listen it makes dating terrifying and disheartening at the same time. Confidence and compassion and communication are key. Sometimes being disabled can seem like a burden. I’m glad you two found each other. Also I’m loving the hair charisma it’s super cute. You both are cute and seem so in tune with one another. It’s beautiful to see. ❤
You both are amazing. I don’t know how I first found you guys but glad I did. Your love for life and for each other is infectious. I’m a nurse and took care of a quadriplegic. She past during COVID I wish she could have seen you guys.
