here’s a tip from an arab to fellow vegans: there are dates other than medjool dates that are much much softer, soft to the point of them melting in your mouth. i’m not sure how many types y’all have abroad, but maybe search for other types of dates if you want to blend them.

it really depends on the country, medjool dates are the most common date you can get outside of the Arabic world.

This is not on you, but they did a poor job of captioning and keeping the name consistently before or after the video for the dessert. I think "Vanilla Bean" was supposed to be "Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta" or perhaps "Vanilla Bean Dairy Free Cashew Panna Cotta" or something...
I love how all these CZcams chefs are like “use a vanilla bean pod” THOSE THINGS ARE EXPENSIVE SIS.

I love how there’s a variety of desserts that are easy to make and ones that require more effort. People are saying how these desserts aren’t healthy enough but if they watched the full video they would see there is a *variety* of healthy & “unhealthy” recipes with more processed sugar and processed foods. They all look so delicious like woah
yeah... what you can do to make your life healthier is:
switch out honey for sugar( trust me it tastes just like sugar but in a dish)
switch out whole wheat flour for all purpose flour
switch out oat milk for normal milk( oat milk is: half a cup of rolled oats, maple syrup, and 1 cup of water)

Whole food/organic stores should start selling aquafaba by the carton
There still aren't any studies I'm aware of that said it's safe to eat. People just started using it everywhere.
Admittedly, I don't think those shopping organic will use canned food to get their aquafaba at least.
But even if you make it from organic legumes, the oligosaccharides in them that cause bloating still gets into the water. So do the saponins (that cause the foaming).
Those who are looking for the healthiest choices in whole food store won't probably do themselves any favors eating it.

@@bluenorth3965 I feel like vegan used to be more so plant based. We've had a booming in packaged and vegan products that aren't so healthy. I had thought of vegan as plant-based in the past is all 😊 I know it's more than diet though, it's lifestyle as well 💚

Marinela Seiti Ben and Jerry’s, so delicious, Häagen-Dazs. Those are just as creamy as any other dairy ice cream. Tbh Häagen-Dazs and Ben & Jerry’s vegan ice cream are the same as their regular ones. Idk what you buy but lol
Diiorr SL I’ve tried Ben and Jerry’s frozen desserts. Not really my favorites. They’re taste amazing but as an ice cream replacement they rate low on my book.

def not sure about the avocado's taste, seems odd to me. Don't try the aquafaba ice cream, but i can say that the honeycomb Toffee and the donuts are fantastic. The cake is your standard chocolate cake, not bad.

@@Delaney.N Oreos are vegan. There's a risk there might be cross contamination from other products produced in the factory. If you have a milk allergy don't eat them, but they don't have milk as an ingredient

if you are a vegan you don't normally drink milk.... and in some of these recipes they added milk (not almond, oat milk etc...)
I feel like this channel is mostly vegan. I thought this channel was about healthy eating. But, its just all vegan recipes.
there are plenty of healthy recipe blogs and channels out there; takes 2 seconds to search for them if this one channel isn't doing it for you. I'm not even vegan/vegetarian but there's been some pretty decent content from this channel that I think a lot of people would try or find interesting at the very least. with them being a sister company from BF, naturally they use their data from traffic to steer their content a certain way so that will reflect in the recipes, and yes many of the employees on this channel are vegan or trying to eat those options when they can, so

Gluten comes fro WHeat, not Meat. That's why some products are usually labeled as BOTH vegan and gluten-free.
@@wednesdaywestbrook3874 Maybe the sugar they contain isn't bleached eith bones. Plus, you can't actually see if they use white (the one that's usually bleached with bones) or brown sugar to make them.
