I hope you enjoy this lesson for Rock Me Baby from the Lady In The Balcony album by Eric Clapton. It is a classic song to add to your repertoire. The lesson covers quite a few different elements, you have an intro part which in itself is quite a tricky thing to get down, nice and smooth. Then you have the general rhythm of the song, which is relatively straight forward and perhaps the easy part of the lesson, there are also some variations for the rhythm that you might like to try. Not bad, prefer Muddy. I like the Peter Green stuff, although not crazy about his shuffle on black magic . But each to their own 👍

Thanks
Nice Man! Thank u. You could make a tutorial for “Circus” Eric Clapton MTV Unplugged, I need it, hahahhahaah
Can you teach Derek and the dominos. "It's too late"
On your play through @ begining I can't see your index finger playing the high notes is there 2 guitars playing here joe. Thanks again joe class.
Hi John, I am playing the high notes on intro with ring and little finger, not index. Hope that helps
@@JoeMurphysGuitarlessons but are you also using a looper as it seems enhanced guitarto what im watching Joe still a bit puzzled on your video thanks still amazingly relaxed fingers the way you play. John
Hi Joe. I am not talking slide. But for blues finger picking and strumming am I best in standard or open tuning?
Thank you
Mick
Hey Mick, both are important, open tunings can make it in some ways easier as you have a chord when not pressing any strings so you can practice right hand without fretting. But honestly you need both, if you are interested in fingerpicking blues I suggest taking a look at my patreon there is everything you need to become a blues picker www.patreon.com/joesguitarlessons 👍
Is there a show tonight?
No 😕 I’m gigging
Sorry that wasn’t good …………….. it was brill 😍🎼👍
Thanks Kenny 🙏
