Fitting Lexus LX470 hidden cup holders into my Toyota Land Cruiser 100

from my recent trip to the junkyard, i came up on some hidden cup holders off a LX470. Since the land cruisers never came with them, i try to fit them in my 99 Land Cruiser. Results will surprise you!

Perfect timing for this video. I have a 2006 land Cruiser that came with it installed. However that little latch that keeps the cupholders tucked up inside the lid of the center console unfortunately has broke. I’ve been trying to find out how to replace this for months. So I can’t tell you how happy I am to see this video! Great job buddy.

Same. Think it was an option. My LC’s original owner (my MIL) didn’t know they were there. I discovered them 6 months ago. 20 years old the first time they saw the light of day.

Nice upgrade. My 2006 LC has them installed as well. I never use them. I'm looking to replace the latch on the console door. It's been broken forever.

Interesting to see you've got the "skinny" centre console there. Mine (in South Africa) is MUCH wider, but doesn't have the fold down arm rests on the chair.
