What does “some damp” mean during the kitchen portion of the video?
there are patches on the ground floor of damp, we believe, due to badly managed rain water from the guttering and through the external walls. We believe the outside of the property needs to have a transparent protective coat applied to block the rain water
Do you have anything to support retired seniors that are alone? I would like a house close to markets,shopping centers, medical services, various forms of transportation ,church ,gardening and places to walk for exercise.

Why is it, that so many updated kitchens the sink isn't big enough to clean a pasta pot?
the kitchen is in-built and really quite nice, so there are no easy answers to get a bigger kitchen sink in, without making some expensive alterations. But, it's not a bad size and if it's a holiday home, maybe you won't be cooking so much.

This year has seen a more rainfall than usual, and we believe that as this is a problem that has just occurred, and due to the location of the damp patches, we believe the damp is from the rain being soaked into the external walls.
