Tastefully renovated house. So bright.
This is a huge house. Very well refurbished.
Do love this place ❤
me too!
I would prefer to see the ceilings exposed...eithe brick or stone.
Also no bidets in the bath rooms. Can now get toilet bidet combination. Bigger shower area!!
I’m seeing water damage coming through the freshly painted ceilings and wall in places. Makes me uncomfortable.
This is old damage, the roof and terraces are new
Love the music.
Can you list the ones after the waltz?
😊 is the town near train station? Love this house!! How much extra to add kitchen and bathroom fixtures??
@@fuddcar now that would be telling ....

Is there electric power and gas from the roof terrace in case you want to put an outdoor kitchen or bar with cold drinks there, under the small covered space? Maybe they don’t do that much in Italy? Why not just finish the garage and remove all the overgrowth in front? Are there any windows in the cellar? Is buyer responsible for finishing out the property with remaining works to be done? Or is all that negotiable? And if the water damage is no longer an issue, why not paint over it/fix the ceilings so it doesn’t show? Lovely place!! Absolutely love the original tiles and the location only 4 KM to beaches. 😅😊
I have answered your queries below;
Is there electric power and gas from the roof terrace in case you want to put an outdoor kitchen or bar with cold drinks there, under the small covered space? We can include that for the asking price!
Is buyer responsible for finishing out the property with remaining works to be done? No, you buy as it is
Or is all that negotiable? The price is excellent, but there is probably some movement
And if the water damage is no longer an issue, why not paint over it/fix the ceilings so it doesn’t show?
Very good question! But the roof and terrace are new

Did I miss a bedroom somewhere? The video only shows 3.
there are the cellars for a studio flat
The windows are like doors. You open the windows for ventilation is like opening a door not that comfortable with the common areas to the neighborhood
Can I ask you, when you make these films why do you walk around looking at the floor or the ceiling. It is totally disorientating strolling around like that.
If you could hold the camera at eye level and look straight ahead that would be a lot better.
Having said that, I do appreciate you making these films.
All the best from Australia...
what is the price?
Euro 125000
Price?😮
Euro 125000
After 7 months and not sold.
Much potential but more like 50k- 75k in renovations needed ie: finish all baths and kitchen, mold remediation, painting most if not all rooms, enlarging the showers. While your videogropher has gotten much better, property would sell faster when hiring a professional. Some areas not thought out properly, why have such a large corridor when bath could have been made larger to fit a larger shower and maybe washer/ dryer. Bathroom tile selection not very appealing requiring even more work, time and money. Amost like a quick rush job with little for thought.
And yes appears they painted right over the water damage. A bit of repetitive work needed. Renevated hastily so yes i am concerned about quality of work also.
This property has been recently SOLD
@@AbruzzoHousethis is a fantastic property. Too bad that it has sold 😢
Can I ask what the final selling price was? I’m doing my research in preparation for hopefully buying a holiday home in Abruzzo next year. Thanks in advance!
Will this be completed upon purchase
In the vast majority of cases, properties are buy as seen, so, what you see is what you get. So, no, the property will not be completed. We have estimated that Euro 25,000 will cover a nice finish excluding the cellars
@@AbruzzoHouse thank you
Where's the renovation? Looks like it needs a lot of work.
Hate those doors and windows.
Renovated? 😅😂😅😂
