For those with entity problems.... Do you have a full length mirror in your bedroom?
I solved about 90% of my problems just covering up the mirror, the result was almost instantaneous. Mirrors can act as portals for negative entities to get in. The other 10% comes down to what you put your attention on. Keeping your attention on your own physical body helps tremendously.

Sound frequencies appear highly effective in dissolving it, but it comes back each time i heal an emotional wound.

Beyond grateful for this. I listened to a short clip earlier and it really hurt my ears. Then an hour or two later I get into a huge fight with my fiancé. Hello, thank you for your question. It is recommended not too exceed 2 times a week so that the body, mind and soul does not reach a plateau. There's always an exception for every rule, if more that that is working for you then that's fine. If you find yourself flagging in energy then give it a break and resume at a lower number of times whenever you feel the pull back to it.

You can try psalms 91 every night, light a white unscented candle, Leave out white vinegar and salt mixture in a clear GLASS bowl. Light LEDs at night. And stay away from any spiritual practices for 30 days. When you say 91 out loud you have to say it 3 times in a row. This was the advice he gave me before.

Yes it does the negative entity scares human. I have experienced it myself.
Take a 2 cup sea salt, or epsom salt bath daily for 1 week and, then after that 2 times a week.
