Exactly what I need right now. Thank you. Update: I’ve been feeling down for days since I hit some deep truths in my history and this is the only thing that made me feel the weight of what I know release from my chest. The grief was just too much and I didn’t think I was gonna pull through it.
Same, I’ve been feeling alot done lately founding out about my families history and what my ancestors had done to really fuck up our lineage and basically throw us progenies to the wolves. I’m glad I found this along with other audios.
