Previously I sensed that my parents home had brought bad energy to me but since I played this sound almost every morning in living room and in my bedroom on evening, it turns out quite peacefully inside while I really need to observe more where the actual negative energy coming from which might be from my parents or the space that really need to “spring cleaning”
Few days later on weekend, all of our family members found 3 dead rats outside our home but seriously we didn’t realize they stayed on ceiling for quite long!

When you get up to go to the restroom pick up one thing and put it up. When you move to the kitchen pick up one item and put it up. Have a place for everything. Buy plastic bakers at the $ store to put things in. You don't have to pick-up Everytime you get up but get a start. You will encourage yourself when you see things improve. Prayers and realize life is tough and we have to make ourselves do what we need to.

Try to remind yourself once you do a couple small tasks, how rewarding that feeling really is. How accomplished you feel. It also helps rewire, and reprogram the brain. Even if it's just doing as much as taking the trash out. Notice how you feel right after you do it, and use that to motivate you to do another small task, eventually you'll see the difference, and it releases feel good chemicals in your brain. I wish you the best of luck, I know it isn't easy. I too have been prone to depression, and letting things go. But, the only way to lift yourself up out of it is by taking one step at a time towards cleaning up the mess. It will improve your depression, and cleaning/decluttering helps cleanse negative energies out of the home too. Much love ❤️ be easy on yourself.
