    Well explained sir, justified your reasons of quitting ISRO, however given an unbiased advice for the future aspirants.
    There is a saying, "A person can't make everyone happy at the same time", that's why I think it's better to first make yourself happy and follow your own heart.
    Another fact is, if everyone runs behind a good government job & its perks, then so many great scientists, researchers, entrepreneurs and technical leaders had not been originated from India. Huge respect to you sir🙏🙏

    So many people ask the same question from me also ki kyun leave kiya ISRO... I remember Kishalay ki Jab hum log sab ISTRAC mein the Tab ye kitna in depth discuss krte the whether we should leave ISRO or not...I am glad you made a vlog about this...So many memories came flashing back 😊...Ho sake toh ISTRAC mein hum log ke work experience pe bhi ek vlog zarur banana

    • @kishalaydas
      @kishalaydas  Před 2 lety +2

      Yes Sakshi, and ISRO gave me few good friends like you. Yes there are so many memories during that short bench period. Yes work experience also will share soon.

      Hi Sakshi where did you join after leaving isro?

    • @sakshigautam9050
      @sakshigautam9050 Před 2 lety +1

      Hello Akriti... After ISRO, I joined DMRC as Assistant Manager in the Signaling Dept...At ISTRAC, I had joined as Scientist-C in Electronics Dept. while Kishalay had joined in the CS Dept... While we were at ISTRAC, results of written exams or interviews of other organisations or PSUs were in the pipeline & we would discuss about our job profile & whether we should leave ISRO & join somewhere else as different ISRO centres have different job profiles & transfers are really very difficult... I often tell Kishalay that maybe I would not have left ISRO had I got posted at a different ISRO centre as job profile would also have been different 😊...But as Kishalay said in this vlog, I would also say the same thing...If anyone gets this opportunity, please do not leave it...Do join, experience the work environment & then see for yourself if you would like to continue as everyone has their own expectations from an organisation or a job profile... And getting to work in an organization of the stature of ISRO is indeed a blessing... Once in a lifetime opportunity 😊

    One general doubt sir,
    Of course you followed your heart so you quit the ISRO, but that time all the workers, friends everybody have said you like why you are quitting, right? That time whether your mind get any tensed, oscillated like why your are withdrawing a offer that is in ur hand. That time any fear which surrounds you, untill you are joining the IISc ?
