Yes people work damn harder in ISRO compared to other sectors. For example if we have some testing which lasts for 24hrs we should be present there for 24 hours of testing and collect the datas. And work even in weekends as well. But it is worth it

After i have watched your video it is still clear to me that isro is good option for me as i always wanted to do research in space and science even if i am getting decent salary i think the amount of knowledge and confidence IIST will give me, its more than anything ❤❤

    Very Informative video 👍👍
I'll like to give a suggestion for your future videos, you can think of making some videos related to your PhD experiences. I think many of the undergraduates, or Graduate Engineers from tier-3 or lower tier colleges don't have good idea about the kind of work a research scholar executes in daily basis, the challenges they go through, the role of an supervisor, some of the characteristics & mindset a PhD candidate generally have, and overall how different it is to pursue a Research oriented degree compared to courseworks in BTech or MTech degree, such insights will be very helpful for research enthusiasts

Still, I have seen few people like me, who left ISRO within couple of years and settled in other places. But thats very rare quantity.
