A beautiful cooktop, easy to clean, high quality except for the installation brackets (only 2). I've remodeled kitchens for over 40 years and recently installed the CG365P/S. Using the two under counter brackets over a solid surface was both clumsy and ineffective. The entire attachment system, for a product of this caliber, is disappointing. The two brackets included were not enough to properly secure the cooktop. I requested the owner purchase 2 more "kits" making a total of 6 brackets to keep the cooktop from moving. The brackets are secured with two tiny screws into plastic inserts from underneath. Then using a 3" or so machine screw (part of the kit) which tightens and pulls down on the cooktop using cheap clips. The screws "wander" while tightening requiring me to drill a small hole about 1/8" of an inch deep from under the counter. I would think with the resources of this company they could have come up with something commensurate with the quality of the working end of this appliance.
just bought this and tryng to install. did you have to buy a separate regulator or is it aready inside the product?
