- Simple DIY lamp makeover
I up cycled 2 lamps that I had that didn’t really go with my master bedroom after I made it over. A lil paint, new shades, and bam… 2 new lamps. This was very inexpensive too. I hope this will inspire you!

Loving the silver t pots. I love love love T Pots and have a few! I was thinking "Oh No" not painting over silver etc. but you know I like it! You have made me a believer! I pop into GW several times a year and check out their silver plated items and usually end up getting the good bargains, bring them home, polish and then do floral arrangements with them. Sooooo fun! They look spendy but in fact I have only spent a bit on them compared to what it would be. I can imagine a person could find many and do the same you have done with trays, platters and candle sticks in the same mood that you have set there in your lamps! Genius!
Love what you did and I am enjoying that look! Up cycling things can be fun as you have shown us here! Great ideas!

@@DelightfullySouthern Absolutely! Ck out GW and other thrift stores, they come in by the tons.....and reasonable beyond belief I can see those decorated for different seasons as well for holiday decor! You've got it girl! Have fun! Blessings

Joyce Bogar I haven’t but I’ve watched other CZcams channels and they have. You can dilute with water and make it like a stain.

Those lamps are so-so cute! You did such a great job and I love the lampshades too! I never would have thought to paint and then remove the paint to give it an aged look, brilliant!
