Hoh Rainforest in Washington’s Olympic National Park is a bucket list destination

- We are Mark & Rad, a part time travel couple based out of South Carolina. In this video we visited Washington State and specifically Hoh Rainforest in Olympic National Park. We stayed in Forks, Washington where the Twilight movies are based out of and this whole area lived up to the hype. It had this spookiness to it, covered by dense forest and fog it was really beautiful. We wanted to visit Hoh Rainforest to hike the trails including Hall of Mosses and this felt like some kind of magical rain forest. You truly have to visit it to understand. Olympic National Park as a whole is so beautiful and diverse from beaches, to rainforest to mountains it has it all. We hope you enjoy the video and as always thank you for watching. It’s absolutely beautiful!! Definitely check this trial out!!!! I’m planning on going to Olympic National park this summer, not sure where is the best option for staying. Do you have any suggestions?
Yes, stay in Forks Washington, it’s a great place to visit the whole park, and also we have a video of the beaches that will be out soon but it’s close to many beautiful out of this world picturesque beaches that dot the coast line. Also if you like the movie Twilight this is the town that the movie references, it’s a great spot to be close to all the main points of interest. We recommend Hoh Rainforest, Hurricane Ridge, Ruby Beach and Rialto Beach for sure. If you want to see the tree of Life, then definitely go 15 minutes south of Ruby Beach to Kalaloch Beach (campground). You’re going to love visiting this area and if you need any tips please let us know. We hope you love it as much as we did!
