Guyanese Style Cookup

Guyanese style cookup (all in one) famous one pot dish. This is a staple dish with different variation across Guyana. A group of guys hanging out on a weekend, will most likely have a pot going. Comfort food, mostly day after a party.
Ingredients:
2 cups Rice
½ cup yellow split peas
2 cup chickpeas
2 cup blackeye peas
2 cup string beans
3 cups spinach
1 lbs okra
2 lbs sweet potatoes
2 lbs cassava
2 green plantains
2 large onions
1 can coconut milk
2 cans Jack Mackerel in tomato
Pepper and salt to taste

@motee1316 Thrust me as a Guyanese my self….that is a traditional cook up…in cook up you are allowed to add any Vege/fish/meat that’s why it’s called “cook up”
