this helped me so much. i struggle with borderline personality disorder and my abandonment issues got so triggered today. but i had promised my partner to try and go through the emotions myself, even though i HATE being alone, especially when i feel triggered. just watching you be so calm when im crying my eyes out and my breathing is all over the place helped me to calm down as well. thank you so much. i never thought myself capable of calming myself down in such a moment. im so grateful this video exists.

I was reading the comments and not focusing on the meditation at first and saw your comment just as he was making eye contact and instantly felt the tingleing of safety as i saw. Then was able to meditate. So goood!the power of human connection! ❤

Well I lost my pin number & couldn't call Ramón in Cordova I got triggered and 4 of my neighbors came over to help including the ones who wanted to speak with me in English?
