    1. The brain experiences pain when it comes to change.
    Do: Empathize and let customers know that we know how hard it is to change. Acknowledge their pain.
    2. They're magnifying the efforts.
    Do: Make them feel good about working with you. Let them know how smooth this is going to be.
    3. They're magnifying the negatives.
    Do: Show them case study. Offer some types of guarantee.

    Victor hands down your the goat in Sales. Your perspective on sales has never been thought like this before. I am finding it easier to create revenue by: nudging, giving my clients options and my personal favorite selling value not price through the 3 f's ( function,features, and finance) Keep up the good work.

    I read in a book never split the difference, brain will be hurt more to a small loss than will celebrate a small gain.
    Loss aversion theory, you said again in one of your videos…as mental ownership.

    • @VictorAntonioLive
      @VictorAntonioLive  Před 8 lety +3

      1) always be too the point and 2) watch their body language; especially facial expressions. Learn to really "look" at your client while you're talking. It's a great skill to be able to speak and constantly analyze your client's facial expression, eye contact, body position...etc. VA

    while selling any product.
    we need to solve either his problems or fulfill the customers needs or future goals.
    But generally starting from fixing an appointment to giving a presentation, Prospects just listens to us about our products and never reveals what exactly is thier concerns. In such a scenario how do we manage to know exactly the what right thing to give to clients. Especially in my territory, the market is highly conservative in India. they simply say ok I came to know about let get back to u if I need it.
    how to know what is there in their mind
