1) always be too the point and 2) watch their body language; especially facial expressions. Learn to really "look" at your client while you're talking. It's a great skill to be able to speak and constantly analyze your client's facial expression, eye contact, body position...etc. VA

In such a scenario how do we manage to know exactly the what right thing to give to clients. Especially in my territory, the market is highly conservative in India. they simply say ok I came to know about let get back to u if I need it. how to know what is there in their mind
