Rear AC vents are under the seat. You select forward/foot mode for fan control.
The blue trim is the way to go. Better mpg and wireless car play and Android Auto. The only thing you're missing is adaptive cruise control.

I would take the BLUE trim with silver color. I never use sunroof. Fuel economy is the primary consideration.

No rear AC vents sucks. I live in a hot climate so i have to get the sonata since its standard.
