I was at the concert in Mannheim with my family a few weeks ago. I was so enthusiastic that I invited my oldest school friend (since 1972) to come to London with me to dive back into the 80s. The really remarkable thing is that the PSB have never stood still and have delivered great new music in virtually every subsequent decade up to the present day. Mannheim SAP Arena: 10 out of 10 points. London Royal Opera House: 15 out of 10 points for a unique atmosphere in the Royal Opera House, great people, great atmosphere and a terrific audio-visual performance by all those involved on stage (and behind it) with Neil Tennant in top form. So professional, confident, self-assured, relaxed and cheerful at the same time, very few people can pull that off and it probably only works with 40 years of such success behind you. May they both stay healthy and creative and play at the Royal Opera again in the future ...

Ugh. They need a full band; it sounds too synthetic and dull.
They are a duo after all but they do could do with some touring musicians to allow more live parts to be played
Definitely. Some previous tours have included a full band which is always better, provided they're good of course.
@@RebeccaTurner-ny1xx They need an extra keyboardist and a few backing singers. Even Erasure did that for a while.
