Fantastic! Quick, inexpensive, and easily customizable couldn't ask for more. Great idea, great presentation, thanks Nick
Richard Merkle Thanks Richard - I do really like how these turn out
I think that is a great solution! I am working on a work bench and storage solutions in my shop, and I think this is the way I will go for my handles. Thanks for sharing.
TheOomgosh Thanks for watching and I'd love to see pictures if you end up making them!
"You totally got a handle on this" LOL You guys crack me up, Dema, Nick, and Matt. You are a great group of guys and all innovative craftsmen. Enjoy all of your videos, and the banter. Great job Nick. They look awesome.
Paul Meyette Thanks a lot Paul - Matt and Dema are great
GREAT video Nick. Another plus for making your own pulls is that they are never "out of stock or on back order" when you need more.
Simple, economical and are very adaptable to any project!
+Sebastopolmark exactly - I get quickly distracted from projects when I don't have everything I need
They looks interesting. Large enough for any big hands. And saving a lot of money. Thanks for sharing. Some day I'll make something similar.
for sure with big hands - I hate small drawer hardware
Excellent project Nick,
Great handles and even better pricing. This is definitely a budget friendly DIY project. Thank you for posting.
Regards,
Bob
RJBWoodTurner Thanks Bob - the cost to make them was my favorite part
Very cool idea! I like it! With all the killer paint out there the possibilities are endless! Love the copper too!
Matthew Johnson Thanks Matthew - copper would be sweet!
Awesome job Nick. Simple and cheap, two things everyone likes.
WildmanProject Yup, saves more money for more tools!!
2 of my favorite things: customization, and budget. I really like em. Thnx Nice
Roger K Thanks Roger - those two factor can inspire ideas so I would thing they are two of my favorites too
Nice job Nick! Great handles for garage cabinets! Could be applied in so many ways. Great video!
Chris
Chris Pine Thanks Chris - they are perfect for the shop
Cool handles, nice of you to make your own, thanks for sharing!
Scrap wood City No problem man, thanks for watching and taking time to comment
It's creative things like this that I love. Yeah, you can buy a drawer or door pull for a few dollars, but making them is rewarding! Thanks, Nick.
Robert Mazzitelli I thought the exact same thing when making them
That's super Nick. Another good idea and a very well done video. Thanks.
stephen dickinson Thank you, I really appreciate it. Thanks for watching.
That is very simple and comes out looking great. I really like the idea of copper tubing.
Ted Alexander Thanks Ted - I hope someone tries it in copper - wait.....don't you have some copper?
I really like those Nick. I may be replacing some drawer handles in my shop soon with those. Great idea!
GuysWoodshop I do like how they turn out - most would say it's overkill but it's their shop right?
The finished handles look terrific. Excellent idea.
peggyt1243 Thank you - I dig how they end up - price isn't too bad either
They look like something that would cost $20 or $25. at Lee Valley.
peggyt1243 Thanks, I really dig that compliment!
Love them. been female I'm going to use mine on the side of my wardrobes for my neck numerous scarf's, belts, jewellery. etc the list is endless. Thank you for sharing
+tea bag awesome - thanks for checking it out!
Last week is was looking to make drawer pulls, man I'm glad I found this video from 2 years ago. Today I completed these pulls. I had trouble finding the inserts and didn't want to wait on ordering these so I used Bondo to close the ends of the conduit and it turned out fantastic. Thanks for the idea Nick!
awesome - glad you liked it and it worked out for you!
Nick. You are a talented guy. Keep on growing and sharing, please
Always growing, always - thanks much 👊
Very budget friendly, thanks for sharing Nick
***** Thanks Sterling, I like making these.
That is a pretty slick idea. Thanks, Nick!
Mark Lindsay Patrick's work shop Thanks Mark and Patrick I appreciate it. I like doing these.
Great handles Nick! Modern design and economical. A lot of times those two don't go hand in hand.
AdventuresInDIY Thanks, I'm pretty happy how they turned out
Mr. Ferry's video is very educational. It help me to learn some of the most basic of information such as calculations. Highly recommended for a beginner woodworkers like myself.
thank you for the kind words!
Great tip! They look great!
Drunken Woodworker Thanks David - they end up looking fairly "factory made"
Just finished a set of these this weekend for some drawers in the garage. Great idea man! turned out looking great. easy and super cheap. Keep the ideas coming...
awesome - if you have some pictures post them online and tag me - would love to see how they came out!
This is a genius idea. I will try this but will make the stand-offs from a different size metal conduit using a tube coping pattern calculator and a band saw.
Ali Mirjamali Very cool - I like the different approach and I'd love to see pictures
Really like the look of these. I'll be making some in the future!
l3ender15 Thanks, I'd love to see some pictures if you do
That is awesome custom hardware! I had just assumed they were store bought in your other videos. They look great! I will definitely consider this in the future.
Matt Williams I like how they turn out - I'm glad I fooled ya into thinking they were store bought, lol
Nice job. I have 'nickeled and dimed' myself to death buying drawer pulls.
Jerod Matlock Yup, I know that all too well, thanks man!
These are great. When watching the other video, I just assumed you'd bought them. They look perfect.
Donal O'Brien Thanks - I'm glad I fooled you into thinking they were purchased, lol
Cheap and easy. Great project Nick!
Geoff's Garage Workshop Thank you
I like how you cut the stand-offs so they'd fit on the pipe cleanly-very nice!
Thanks!
That is a one creative solution. I always enjoy watching your videos. Thanks for sharing that trick.
Jim Coogan Thanks Jim, I always appreciate you watching and commenting.
Thank you for sharing this, it's a perfect solution for me,cheap, easy and they look very nice!
My pleasure, glad you could appreciate it
Very professional and modern look. Good job.
Thanks much
Very cool Nick!
sharpshooterjd Thanks man!
These are pretty darn slick, Nick. These may end up on a couple of things I want to do this year.
Jim Fancher Cool, I'd love to see some pics when you're done
They look fabulous. The beauty is you can color them to match to the cabinet or countertop. For me anyways, they also would make a pretty decent under a cabinet to hold a hand towel or bar towel. Best is, you make the holes where you need them. Box store hardware is inconsistent for matching holes between each handle or pull. I have scrap conduit, and work has the drill press and metal chop saw. Great video Nick. Very simple to make yet incredibly functional and good looking.
you bring up many valid features I didn't even mention - I agree on the hole spacing for commercially available pulls as well as this these would make a great towel holder as well - thanks for the comment!
Great hardware Nick, ..I agree tubing cutter everytime.
The ShavingWood Workshop Thanks Tommy - it does make for a nice clean cut
Nicely done Nick. I think I'd want stronger stand offs than the pvc, but that could easily be accomplished with a different material/pipe. The end look is very nice. Thanks for sharing.
***** Thank Jon, I used conduit for my previous standoffs but I was pleasantly surprised on how strong the pvc was. It's under compression and less than a couple inches long so the trade off of being a heck of a lot easier to cut was well worth it.
Great idea! I want to make drawers in my shop now just so I can make some of these.
Michael Olson Thanks, send me some pics if you do, I'd love to see what you do
Very cool, I see some new drawer pulls in my future! I have a spare section of copper pipe from when I plumbed my shop for compressed air, I will give that a try.
Troy Campbell Cool, Thanks - I'd love to see some pictures!
Very cool and great way to do it cheap. Just they way I like it fast and cheap
Mike Fulton haha thanks Mike
That is friggin genius! Thanks for the tip Nick
James Wheeldon Thank you, I thought it was a pretty good idea too.
Thats a neat idea Nick, i like the cooper pipe idea that could look pretty awesome against a dark wood, Steam Punk
OneWood - Warren Downes I too dig the steampunk look - maybe something in the future
Again a project HANDLED with acumen. Bravo
Robert Royal Too funny, thanks Robert.
Nice job on the drawer pulls. They really spruce up the project.

Great Video and a cheap trick. Now I have a handel idea for Drews Table saw cabinet I designed.. so much great info among you guys..
Gary Gilbert Thanks Gary - they do turn out pretty nice
I really like the way you made the pulls good thinking on this one.you could even use wooden dowels and blocks of wood one the ends. paint or stain them and you got a strong pull.
Thanks for the great video.,
Roland
Backyard Woodworking Thanks Roland - wood handles would be pretty cool too
This year im gone build some cabinets for my shop , it's a real mess now . Thanks for the idea and for sharing .

+Larry Smith looks nice and very cheap - I've already said too much
I love you! I've been NEEDING some good drawer pulls but too expensive. I can't cut, but my neighbor can! yay
super cool to hear - you'll have to let me know how they turn out!
Great Idea and Build Nick. I thought they were shop bought when I first saw them, they look great.
I suppose you could use some doweling for the handle if you can't get the parts you need, plus those rubber ends you could also cut some dowels and glue them in the end, sand, then paint like you did on yours.
All round Nick A Brilliant Build.
Thanks.
Barry from England.
Barry Roberts Thanks Barry - options are endless with this one - I would like to see copper ones

Bill Hantzopoulos Thank you
Great idea! I may use these on my antique desk I am rehabilitating!
Josh Herzberger Thank you - that would be cool - send me some pics if you do
Absolutely!!
very cool man
I think the different sizes would be neat like much larger plus the copper would look cool with the rusted look on some corrugated tin panels..well done dude
+Ted Baltz thanks Ted! I have wanted to do corrugated metal wainscoting in my shop for a while - copper handles in a patina would be really cool
awesome work and idea Nick
+Patrick's Work Shop thank you Patrick, always appreciated!
Clever trick. Thanks for sharing
***** No problem - thanks for watching
Hi Nick, I've been watching your channel for a few days now and I just wanted to say thanks for sharing. You have given me a few ideas which I may have to to borrow on some of my future projects! Thanks again! Mike
Michael R I'm glad to hear you could get some ideas from the video(s) - I'm having fun making them - thanks for watching!
Nice idea, Using a double offset or saddle bend you could make some nice drop handles with copper or conduit.
Sirus I never thought of that - that would be an awesome thing to try!
They look great.
+gunsnbowsaddict thanks - can't get much better than cheap to make and easy to build!
Nice! Copper pipe would be cool. But as a woodturner, im going knobs all the way!
Willem Kossen That would make sense all the way.
Awesome. I used the "real ones" in brushed nickel for a customers kitchen and they can cost 10 to 40 bucks each for different lengths.
David ODell Yeah I priced out those handles and they were needless to say out of my budget for shop hardware
Clever. Cool idea!
Thanks - they work out really nice
thanks Nick Ferry that's great, i'll use it !
Celmar Thank you

+Armando Blanco thanks for checking it out!

Thank you man those knobs can be expensive 😍
No problem
Great video.Thank you.
No problem, glad you liked it!
Great tip right there. Thanks!
Jonathan Mutchler Thank you and thanks for watching!
I am so intimidated by using taps. Hopefully I'll attempt it one day. Thanks for sharing your tips and tricks bud
frehleycomet this is a perfect project to try it on - conduit is cheap and inspiration is built right into the name - YOU CONDUIT! lol - but seriously conduit is a perfect first attempt because only having to go through a small amount of material can make it easier then going through 1/4" thick stuff or non through holes
I'll add that to my To Do List that stretches pretty long now ha ha ha thanks
awesome! Love it!
+homesteadonomics thanks much man!
Thanks!
Nice idea.
"Wayne State!!" That use to be in Michigan.
JimE
blackemmons It still is, haha - Thanks Jim
