- This is an interesting development which is rather sizeable. Being a mixed development, it will have 5 residential towers, with 90 retail lots. I like the fact that it is an open concept, that it isn't enclosed, with fresh air and open breeze to the lobby area, yet, secured, with access only via the glass doors. The 2 waiting lounges seen here is separated from the road via a water feature and landscaping.
This open concept architecture is evident even in the facilities. The surau has a nice sky light right in the centre. Just beautiful.

Hi, I am a proud owner here. Thanks for liking this property very much. A very good and detail review. I have shared this video with other owners haha. Btw, the hotel room is no longer exist ya. And for the block C and D will have slight different layouts, the 675 sqft 2r1b unit will come with yard and balcony, not studio anymore ☺

Wow what a great condo in cheras I like the lobby the design of the lobby is fantabulous even the lift is a mind blowing and the corridor to the unit is okay and nice the gym design is very beautiful and the swimming pool wow enjoying the facilities what a great development really enjoyed the video and can’t wait to see it fully completed in the future

Yeah, definitely will revisit this development once the entire project is complete, but that will be a few years down the road.
Overall, nice development. But what's the final design for the guard post? The one where the guard manually swings it open. Don't think there's be a grand entrance arch from the looks of it. That means the public can drive up to the drop off lobby?
Yeah, looks like there'll be no grand entrance arch. If I recall correctly, the road that I was walking up at the beginning of the video, to the left is the entrance into the visitors parking. That carpark should be for the commercial lots.

Interesting and good looking concept. Only caveat is Tandas is first thing you side from main entrance 😂
Hahahaha, sharp eyes. But not that obvious la, so I think it's negligible. Unless there is a constant strong smell, then that's a different story.
Should got balcony for type A right?
For the later phases, Tower C and Tower D, yes, there is balcony for Type A. But not for the earlier phase of Tower A and B.
I did not see a proper gym on the 8th Floor, except a boxing gym. The sky gym is pretty small. Not sure what the swimming pool and the gym look like in the other block.
There's a bigger gym (than the sky gym in this video) on the 8th floor under phase 2. Once that is completed, it should be the main gym for this Emerald 9 development.

Ah, thanks for pointing that out. Yeah, certainly not a conventional layout. Will surely have 2 camps to this, those who hate it and those who like it. I'll sit with the thumbs up gang. 😄
But to have the washing machine beside the basin, hmphh...interesting. Have seen layouts where the washing machine is inside the bathroom too.

Looks like it. Owner to design their own liking according to their requirements. In the show unit for this layout, a partition is done to carve out a master bedroom and another partition to carve out a gym room at the space to the left upon entering the unit.
This type A smallest unit is a studio unit to be exact. Studio unit doesn't come with rooms, so nothing to do with open concept. Other layouts include 2 rooms, 3 rooms

Yes, if its inside the S&P. I however don't think it'll be in the S&P for Phase 1 blocks.
