I enjoyed the longer format. You're the Boss with that Firebox stove..! I like how you show how to use bigger pieces of wood in the box and just push them to the side for cooking. You don't see that technique anywhere else... Most people think they have to cut the wood to fit into the box, and you show how to use bigger pieces... allowing you to not have to replenish the wood as much. Great job.

I always look forward to your videos, and each time you manage to bring a very composed and quiet setting. Each sound, each shot, each thing you do, I mean food selection. You make everything that much more desirable. You make coffee, I want coffee, you eat food, I wanna eat, you make a fire 🔥, I wanna camp out and make a fire, you sit still and everything around you soak saturate you and your environment along with you simply liquifies into one moment, one existence, one body. Man please slowly hurry up and provide yet another movie.. I say slowly because I’m still basking in the moment of the afterthought of your video well after it’s ended. I say hurry up, because once I’ve taken it all in... I’m ready for the next. You really do spoil us and leave us thirsty for more of what’s next to come from you. Like it that you use different stoves, in my opinion Trangia is best by far.Its so simple,a complete cook system and no pumps or gaskets to fail.

Your videos, free of the ridiculous, dramatic commentary that are part of too many hikers' videos here in North America, allow her to feel the sense of peace that being out in nature used to give her.

I made a little stove similar to the one shown. I don't have to light a fire on the ground and so leave unscorched earth.
So green and full of life with natural beauty. The water sets a wonderful backdrop to your position between the bolders. Bushyboy Oz.

The folding firebox is amazing, i use wood when I can find them, Trangia meth burner if I can’t find wood, and Trangia gas burner when I want a quick one and I only have the older version, I can’t imagine what Gen II is like.
