Lara Fabian: Adagio (Live)

Despite the etymology of the word ''adagio'' (from the Italian ''ad agio'' = ''at ease''), I cannot think of many singers who would be at ease with such a song. Yet, the first name that comes to my mind is: Lara Fabian. Here she is, live in Bucharest, on March 18, 2012, performing a vocal version of the famous Albinoni Adagio in G Minor for violin, strings and organ. This composition represented the subject of many modern recordings, originally published by Remo Giazotto, who later claimed the work to be his own.
