What a day this was... absolutely scorching, supping pints in pub gardens, into Victoria Park, legendary Ian Dury and the Blockheads supporting, Finlay Quaye's career taking a turn for the worse, Weller on top form and a tidy lock in at a pub in Bethnal Green then hit a club somewhere after. 1998.. bloody hell nearly half my lifetime ago
Definitely one of the best Weller gigs I've seen online, the set was full of some of best tunes and performance was rocking!!!

Was at this gig. Rode down from Essex on scooters, 10 handed. Amazing gig. Definitely think he had a more funky but rockier style with this line up, obviously brought on by Matt Deighton.
