The ONLY reason she launched ARO when she did, was because of her perceived impression that she was beating Catherine. She launched it in the week after Catherines’s Mother’s Day photo. She got her toxic Sussex Squad to attack Catherine’s photo and she quickly launched her ARO at the same time. Word is the PR people at both Netflix and WME advised against it, as it was nowhere near ready, but she was convinced she could get a one up on Catherine. It has back fired spectacularly (as does everything she touches), and she managed to completely piss off Hollywood as well as the RF. And she has the hide to tear up and say “Why does everyone hate me”. She is beyond pathetic. ……AND, Netflix employees are saying she is demanding a 5 star chef (paid by NF) to do the cooking, and then she will present the food as if she cooked it. She is a lazy grifter.

I thought the Netflix deal was doomed after the comments by the senior Spotify exec and that comedian made a joke about to the Netflix CEO about signing up H&M with their lack of work ethic at that awards show (Golden Globes??) earlier this year. I expect the Netflix deal to just fade away later this year and not to be renewed in 2025. Let's see how things go with Lemonada - the clock is ticking on that one as well, I imagine.

The idea of Harry giving his word salad of advice for dealing with mental health issues is outrageous. In the area of mental health advice, he is unqualified and could wind up doing more harm than good for someone who might need some qualified, experienced help. When Harry was discussing his quite extensive use of hallucinogenic substances, he gave no warnings that this might not turn out well. He did not once make any mention of problems that could arise from experimenting with drugs, both prescription and illegal. He spoke of all his drug use with a lighthearted attitude. Folks who suffer from serious emotional problems could easily hear and see Harry and think that this healthy-looking Prince seems to be doing just fine because of his use of mind-altering drugs and hallucinogens.
Obviously, Netflix made a bad investment thinking those two had something to offer. What were they thinking?

Definitely agree with you on Heart of Invictus. The film should have centered around perhaps half a dozen veterans, their stories, training and their competitions. Wins/losses and what to take away from the games. It could have been excellent.

I left NF over a year ago as I didn’t want to support a streaming company that supported them. Haven’t missed Netflix at all, so many other streaming companies that have great movie contents.

Netflix has realized their very big mistake signing these two. The chef from her cooking show walked off the set because she felt demeaned by Meghan who changed her recipe. The PT agent has also left. So who is promoting her?
The duo can’t afford inventory for the hundreds of item categories they licensed. Therefore that told us they just wanted to be a portal for small businesses and get a cut on each sale - just like many websites are doing now. But now they are starting to realize no business is interested in hooking up with them.
That is the reason there is no content of items on ARO.

Have you watched "Dater's Handbook?" You should note WHEN it was filmed and identify all the "startling similarities" between "Cass" and HW and the Harry/HW "love" affair. Spoiler alert: The details revealed in that movie added to all they claimed in Spare and their mockumentary about their "lust" story leads me to one conclusion: HW is a stalker and William was absolutely right to advise Harry to "slow down."

It seems like a decent story teller could have made Heart of Invictus a real tear jerker. It is inherently an emotional tale, and is literally the Prototype for the Hero’s Journey.
If somebody could have had the balls at Netflix to tell the whiny ginger Prince to just shut up, and stay in his lane( or maybe just filmed him to appease his ego, and then cut him out of the final product) then Netflix and Harry and MM would have had a desperately needed winner on their hands.
You would think that Netflix would have retained creative control over all their projects. I don’t think they actually paid $100M as advertised. It was only probably a very small advance on that, but still Netflix should have had approval of the final edit, for any amount of money whatsoever.
