- Trying fasting 3 days for Ramadan without food or water all day really surprised me. Living in Jakarta Indonesia, the worlds biggest Muslim country, I fasted to learn about the tradition and to show my respect to my muslim friends and subscribers.
I mean no disrespect with this video and I had a eye opening experience trying Ramadan fasting for the first time. I can highly recommend it to other Non-Muslims to try this out.

Fasting is 1% of not eating and drinking, the rest of the 99% is bringing your heart and soul closer to Allah.

@@argha5557 We believe in Jesus and His mother virgin Mary peace be upon both of them, In Moses peace be upon him, In Adam, Ibrahim , Noah , In all the messengers and prophets that were sent by Allah .
So me being a muslim does not mean that I don’t believe in Jesus peace be upon him as a prophet and the savior at the end of times .
It is actually one of the conditions of being a muslim .
So in a sense, Yes we do celebrate all because it is simply part of our beliefs .
All of them came with the same core message .
We bow to the ground when praying like all of them did, We fast like all of them did, We believe in one god like all of them did.
What we have in common is more than the differences and I am still talking about the “ Core message “ 🌷

Fasting does not also hold hunger and thirst, but also to withstand anger, hopefully those who are fasting in this month of Ramadan are given health.

I'm fasting 18 hours in Sweden and I work as usually everyday in 8 hours as mechanic for heavy vehicles.

Dates bring energy and low in glycemic index. Water for hydration of cells. Keto diet is best with intermittent fasting xx

I am a construction worker and I fasted every day. There were some days where I didn't sleep and one day I didnt even eat or drink for sahur and it was still possible to work hard and fast! And from that day I feel so much stronger and it teaches me that humans can withstand so much more than they think. If you really want it, you can do it! 💪🏼

Respect. I am a christian myself living in Indonesia n Ive never tried that full day fasting lol.
But as christian we are also opt to do our kinda free style fasting right hehehe and ive done something like breakfast on 7 am n eating near 4 or 5 pm .. and around 2 or 3 pm is the hardest cos i always got a headache, my body shaking n sweating screaming for some carbos lol

If you want to have sport at Ramadhan, you can do it 1 hour before adzan Maghrib turn on

From a Christian to another Christian, not religious or nothing but you did bring back good memories. I have been working & living in Asia mainly Malaysia and Singapore for the past 14yrs....it's been fantastic and I've worked with various Asian nationalities, I do have fond memories of a few Muslim - Malay guys - Hisham, Fuad, A. Rashid.....they were a pleasure to work with and I do remember Ramadan very well as practice it for a number of days, it was tough, however what I did discover is that were all the same, no barriers between us, just teamwork. I respect there thoughts and beliefs, I've been fortunate to be transferred over to Jakarta end of this month I can't wait to be with a new team of guys...As-salaamu-Alaikum!, all the best and keep the vlogs coming!

Fasting is NOT about having no food or water for the whole day, fasting is about self determination, self reminder of how the poor living their live, self discipline, self respect, be grateful of what you can eat today while other might not having what you eat ........ and many more positive things we can learn from fasting. I had never fasted before ever, so I decided to fast the last day of Ramadan for just a day which is not a lot but I honestly felt great! I plan to fast properly for Ramadan next year! Love and Prosperity to my brother and sisters 🌙💖
You need to train your body for fasting. Even the muslims for the first 2 or 3 days they face some hurdles. When you can pass over 1 week you dont feel any problem if fasting have to run for a full year but islam do not allow.

2.Never Think You Are Fasting
3.Focus On What You're Doing (Work)
4.Don't Waste Energy For Things That Are Not Important, Unless Needed
people have fought wars while fasting.. Labourers fast, and many other hard working people too so distracting and making it easy is not best but for noobs its fine.

The past 11 years I live in Singapore and to be honest I took Ramadan for granted, never perform fasting at all. This year I stay at home in Indonesia, and it feels good to finally fasting along with family. Happy Ramadan everyone

Moreover I'm not working out during Ramadan as I'm so exhausted after the fast. You nailing it.
